The Security Department of Istanbul, appoint Erol to catch Wang. The Hong Kong Security Department sends their spy Wang Ti to Istanbul. Wang threatens a Chinese girl called Helen. With Helen's help, Erol starts a fight with Wang, nobody knows how it will end.
