Appeared on Tiswas in 1981, drumming in the band Amazing Bavarian Stompers. Uncle Peter's catch-phrases in The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer, "Woof! Bark! Donkey!" and just plain "Donkey!", had been part of his Charlie Chuck stage act for many years. Was briefly a drummer for the Small Faces.
