Since she used to be a pro-swimmer, her physical abilities are beyond expectations. Park Ju Hyun is the clumsy and the weakest of the members. However, she became passionate as the training continued. Seol In Ah is shy among the members, but whenever the whistle blows, she turns into a Sports Genius and shows off her amazing talents. Former UFC fighter Kim Dong Hyun appears as the captain of this team, and he invites other legendary athletes to get help training the members.

Last week, Iron Girls started their first mock triathlon competition for the first time in their lives. But even the first event of swimming is not easy to complete. The real-life practical training for triathlon begins now! With two months left until the World Triathlon Cup Tongyeong, Coach Heo Min Ho steps up to help Seo Yeon and Ju Hyun, the novices at swimming. A customized training session for Seo Yeon and Ju Hyun takes place at a 5m deep pool! And Iron Girls finally make their 10km marathon debut. What will Iron Girls’ records be like after two months of training?
The last morning of the training camp on Jeju Island! The members go through the first open water training in the natural pool at Panpo Port. With Korea’s first triathlon champion, Coach Heo Min Ho’s special lesson for open water swimming, a new ace swimmer emerges! And the members go for a 5km run again, hoping to shorten their previous records. Stay tuned to check out!
The members leave for Jeju Island for a training camp. A special coach to help the members complete the triathlon shows up. Sports Genius Seol In Ah faces a crisis and ends up riding a bike only with one foot. Meanwhile, Uie goes through special training with her personal coach Kim Dong Hyun. After the training, the members go out for a 22km outdoor ride and enjoy an exciting dinner. Stay tuned to check out!
The members go to Yangpyeong for their first outdoor cycling. Since it’s a practice run, they will take a 15km course and have a hearty meal, the famous cold chicken noodles. Everyone is excited and enjoys the beautiful scenery except for Uie who is still not comfortable riding bicycles. After the cycling, the members are gathered again at a swimming pool, and a relay swimming competition begins. Stay tuned!
The members are gathered to train for cycling. After swimming, they need to ride bicycles for 40km. Seo Yeon, Ju Hyun, and In Ah are excited as it’s fun and refreshing to ride bikes. However, Uie must overcome her trauma first to learn how to ride bicycles. A few weeks later, the members are gathered at a CrossFit gym. They try a few exercises that will help them get ready for the triathlon.
The members go to the swimming pool together for the first time. A special coach is invited to help with their training, and the members are tested to see their current level. Even though it was a short training, they improved a lot. After training by themselves for weeks, the members are gathered at the Jamsil Tower. They will do a vertical marathon which is going up 123 floors by stairs.
Jin Seo Yeon, Uie, Park Ju Hyun, and Seol In Ah will participate in the triathlon for the first time. The members like to work out, and they are somewhat confident about their physical abilities. However, triathlon is a sport that is on another level, and it makes the members nervous and worried. Kim Dong Hyun is here to help the team as their captain and trainer. Stay tuned to check out!
