Rachel's new styling assistant is put to the test when they style the pop group, Karmin. Meanwhile, it's Market Week in New York and Los Angeles; and when buyers and retailers have doubts about pieces in Rachel's collection, the team has to break the bad news to Rachel. Running on no sleep, Rachel, Rodger, Skyler, and Pam take on Paris Fashion Week, attending mind-blowing runway shows of Chanel, Valentino, and Elie Saab. But when she discovers that the European buyers aren't getting some of her collection's samples, she puts Mandana and her LA team on the case to turn it around.
Rachel returns from Paris exhausted and faces an overbooked schedule, including an InStyle Magazine shoot with actress Jaime King and a hosting gig for a celebrity polo match. But when she encounters issues with her collection that would be better handled in New York, she reaches a breaking point and contemplates getting an apartment in New York.
It's shoe time! After reviewing the shoe prototypes for her fall collection and pulling out all the creative stops to make them fabulous, Rachel jets off on the hunt for a Manhattan apartment. But can she ever live in a city with such limited closet space? And will Rodger ever go along with it? Meanwhile, DreamDry has growing pains that bring Rachel's stress to a new level.
When a 50-foot-tall billboard of Rachel goes up in the heart of Hollywood, Rachel has to face her insecurities. Already feeling overwhelmed by the glare of the spotlight, she then takes on a video campaign that leaves her stammering for the cameras. Back at the office, her handbag collection looks fabulous! That is… until there’s a leather problem that leaves the whole team scrambling.
Rachel gets to see her collection all come together for her look book shoot. Then, with gold lame on her mind, Rachel raids her archives for the perfect outfit – or six – for the cover of her new lifestyle book. But with all this focus on Rachel, the question still looms: can life remain as fabulous with another baby? Nobody knows for sure what’s to come, but as Rodger says to Rachel, “It hasn’t been easy, but it has been a wild ride.
