The series is animated in Toon Boom and Adobe Flash software, produced by Bolder Media, and Starz Media. Bob Boyle, Susan Miller, Mark Warner, and Fred Seibert-Warner are the executive producers. The pop rock music is performed by Brad Mossman, and the musical score is composed and conducted by Mike Reagan. The series premiered on August 28, 2006 in the United States on Nick Jr. The second and final season debuted on September 1, 2008 on Nickelodeon's Nick Jr. in the United States.

Wubbzy makes a brand new friend, Daizy, who just moved into the neighborhood and wants to do girly activities with him. When a game of hide-and-seek unexpectedly takes Wubbzy to a kickety-kickball game, he realizes he misunderstood how to make good friends and make her feel welcome. Daizy makes new friends, Widget and Walden.
Wubbzy decides to move to the Wubb Club, but on his first day living in the Wubb Club, everything goes haywire.
Widget builds Wubbzy a Fire Engine. Later, when Chef Fritz is making pancakes on the top of a building, Wubbzy and Daizy mistake it for a fire to put out and Wubbzy gets stuck on top of the building. Daizy then calls out for help from Walden, Widget and the firefighters. The wind picks up, the tower tilts and Wubbzy falls, but the firefighters can rescue him in time.
Wubbzy likes doodleberries, but soon he eats all of them in Wuzzleburg. So he uses Daizy's magic grow spray to make more doodleberries...but then they start spreading and growing crazy all over Wuzzleburg!
Wubbzy, Widget and Walden venture to center of the earth to find for Daizy's glow-in-the-dark sparkle stone ring.
Wubbzy, Widget and Walden rehearse for a dance party at the Wubb Club. Daizy wants to join in but cannot play an instrument, and whenever she tries to tell Wubbzy what she can do, he gives her many chores instead. But when Wubbzy loses his voice after drinking all the lemonade, he and the others find Daizy, who sings very well. Daizy then jumps in and becomes the lead singer of the band.
When a flock of migrating La-Dee-Da Birds are drawn to the Wubb Club, Wubbzy and friends must find a way to draw them away before a snowstorm hits.
Wubbzy and Daizy find a uni-horn and Daizy wants to keep it as pet but it gets lost and not to be found in Wuzzleburg.
Daizy loses a tooth, she wants to see the Tooth Fairy, but the Tooth Fairy is going on a trip to Gumdrop Mountain, so Wubbzy tries to fill in for her by dressing up as her and uses the WubbMobile to get to Daizy's house. But they met the Tooth Troll.
Moo Moo walks in his sleep, casting magic spells all over Wuzzleburg. Problems arise when Walden rides away on a train and Widget's clock flies away.
Wubbzy and Daizy use Widget's Shrinky-Dinky 3000 so they can play in Daizy's dollhouse but problems arise when they get lost.
After Widget and Walden go on a meteorological expedition, Daizy gets Wubbzy to deliver her jars of doodleberry jelly.
When Wubbzy plays chase with a dinosaur friend, the townspeople believe he has saved Wuzzleburg.
Wubbzy gets a case of "nasty nose," where his nose gets all swollen and polka-dotted. Can he show up at the pool party with a disguise on his embarrassing nose?
Daizy wants to have a hair salon, but everyone has their hair done somewhere else in Wuzzleburg, so she ends up doing the hairstyles for animals.
A new kid named Murphy moves to Wuzzleburg and has more Captain Wonderpants merchandise than Wubbzy, making him jealous. But after getting Wubbzy's Blinky Beepy Boomerang from a tree, Murphy becomes a new pal of Wubbzy.
Wubbzy dresses up as a scary monster for the Halloween party in the Wubb Club, and scares everyone thinking he is a real monster.
Wuzzleburg is having an autumn festival and Wubbzy is very determined to win with his pumpkin.
Wubbzy stops at nothing to get the perfect Christmas tree that is on Old Man Grumpus' land.
Wubbzy promises Daizy a super-special gift for Christmas, so he helps Santa deliver all the Christmas presents, including a rainbow for Daizy.
Wubbzy finds Cupid's bubble wand causing everyone to fall in love with each other. There is a twist because he does not know it belongs to Cupid, so he ends up creating odd couples all over Wuzzleburg...including a love triangle with him, Daizy, and a Great Grey Smellyphant.
Wubbzy, Widget, Walden and Daizy need to create valentines quickly so they can give them to all their friends at the Valentine's Day party in time.
Daizy takes her friends to the park for a picnic, but everyone believes the goats, Kickety-kick ball players, and buzzy bees are ruining her picnic.
Wubbzy finds a Woogle Bugle, but it makes a loud sound, so everyone asks him to be quiet. But when the Horrible Beasty Beast appears, intending to scare the townspeople and eat Wuzzleburg, Wubbzy uses the loud bugle to scare him away.
Daizy and Wubbzy ruin Widget's pickleberry bush by accident and then try to replace it before she finds out by visiting the forest.
Wubbzy tries to solve a puzzling mystery by using his new detective kit when everybody is gone in Wuzzleburg on his birthday party.
Wubbzy accidentally breaks Mr. Gummy's window and as an apology spends the day with him. He wants to play with his friends but soon learns to use his imagination.
Wubbzy and Daizy play to be superheroes but believe they are not that super.
Wubbzy befriends a professional hoopity hoop player named Jam-Jam James. When meeting Jam-Jam he feels he does not need his friends.
Mayor Whoozle commissions Daizy to attend to the Wuzzleburg garden, but she thinks she lost her gardening abilities with a purple thumb.
When Easter is cancelled, Wubbzy and the gang visit to Easter Egg Island and meet Easter Bunny, who is overweight and cannot hop around to deliver the eggs.
Wubbzy wants to contribute to the Flower Day Parade.
Wubbzy, Daizy, Widget and Walden must find a new place for the Wuzzly bears to live when their bamboo-boo trees get cut down for a playground.
It is hot in Wuzzleburg today. Everyone in Wuzzleburg tries the new juice called Fizz-ee Wizz-ee Juice instead of water. But when Wuzzleburg becomes a bottle-filled wasteland, Wubbzy, Daizy, Widget and Walden come up with creative ways to reuse the juice bottles.
A popular girl group called the Wubb Girlz comes to Wuzzleburg. While Wubbzy shows them around, their fans, unfortunately, do not get to see them because they are having so much fun with their newest fan and friend, Wubbzy.
The Wubb Girlz are hosting a talent competition. While everyone tries to act just like them for the competition, Wubbzy decides to just be himself while participating in the Wuzzleburg Idol competition.
Wubbzy confesses his fears about leaving Wuzzleburg that he's supposed to go to Wuzzlewood because he confesses that he's afraid to go to a new town.
Walden refuses to let anyone stop at fun places along the drive to Wuzzlewood.
Wubbzy tries to adjust to his new star image as a hip-hop dancer named Wubb-Z.
Wubbzy struggles with stage-fright when performing with the Wubb Girlz. To help their friend, Daizy, Widget and Walden try several things, from Walden's hypnosis to Widget's invention, the Wow Wow 3000, but nothing works, especially when Widget's invention was the fake Wubbzy. The real Wubbzy then gets told by the Wubb Girlz that performing together is the best way to conquer stage-fright.
Wubbzy is offered a role in the new Wubb Girlz movie as a literal star.
After becoming a movie star and starring in several movies, Wubbzy realizes that he misses his friends leaving to Wuzzleburg.
Our 4 friends are back in Wuzzleburg after going to Wuzzlewood. Ty Ty the Tool Guy (voice of Ty Pennington) helps the gang coordinate a house-rebuilding project for the Quacker family, but soon Wubbzy, Daizy, Widget and Walden bicker over their construction method.
Widget builds a machine bringing a crazy and mischievous book character called the Hopping Dipple Dop to life, who causes havoc all around Wuzzleburg on a search for his cat.
Wubbzy and Daizy befriend Earl, who just got a rare footy-football card of Touchdown Tiki. They both want the Tiki card so they keep acting nice, but arguing, to Earl.
