Last Comic Standing
2003A nationwide talent search accepting the best professional and non-professional stand-up comedians. Once the selection process is narrowed to 10, the show covers the contestants as they live together and compete for an exclusive contract with NBC, and to be called the Last Comic Standing.
Seasons & Episode
The second group of Invited Comics takes the stage to compete for a spot in the semifinals.
The third group of comics compete for a spot in the semifinals.
The final group of invited comics compete for the remaining spots in the next round.
The semifinal round opens with 20 comics taking the stage to do battle. Wanda Sykes serves as guest mentor.
The semifinal round continues with 21 additional comics competing for a slot in the Top 10. Wanda Sykes serves as guest mentor.
The Top 10 comics are paired up into 5 head to head showdowns, with the winner of each one advancing to the finale to compete for the title.
The final five comics perform and one comic is crowned Last Comic Standing.
