Frisky Dingo
2006 / TV-MAFrisky Dingo is an American animated cartoon series created by Adam Reed and Matt Thompson for Adult Swim. The series revolved around the conflict between a supervillain named Killface and a superhero named Awesome X, alias billionaire Xander Crews, and much of the show's humor focuses on parodying superhero and action movie clichés. It debuted on October 16, 2006 and ended its first season on January 22, 2007; the second season premiered on August 26, 2007 and ended on March 23, 2008. A third season was in development, but in the absence of a renewal contract from Adult Swim, pre-production ceased. The production company itself, 70/30 Productions, subsequently went out of business in January 2009. A spin-off show, The Xtacles, premiered on November 9, 2008, but only two episodes were aired prior to the production company's closure.
Seasons & Episode
A year after Simon started the Annihilatrix, Killface is working on getting elected president. The Annihilatrix did the complete opposite of what Killface intended and pushed the Earth three feet away from the sun, completely ruling out global warming.
The documentary crew catches up with Xander, now living in his own cardboard boxes.
Killface and Xander Crews compete to be better than each other to get elected president.
To broaden their votes, Xander and Killface go to the North Fork Duck Hunt and get lost together.
In the aftermath of the latest assassination attempt, Killface finds religion and risks alienating the various groups that have supported him. In the middle of this, he learns a secret about someone very close to him.
Killface recovers from the latest assassination attempt, which was not Val this time. Xander continues to try to contact Fred Dryer, but his campaign may be derailed.
Killface goes over the upcoming debate with Dottie and Wendell looks into alternative campaign funds. Awesome X finds himself a prisoner along with Ronnie on-board Xcalibur.
While Killface prepares for the Presidential debate, Xander makes a few stops with Ronnie before he arrives at the debate. Both Xander and Killface come to realize that neither of them are qualified or allowed to run for the Presidency due to discrepancies they've both overlooked. Killface decides to follow up on his original plan to destroy the world.
With the Annihalatrix in her possession, Sinn/Hooper forms the Sisterhood of Chaos and declares herself ruler of the world. But this idea does not sit well with others...
Killface and Simon attempt to repair the burnt couplings on the Annihilatrix, while Stan and Taquil attempt an escape from their shot-down plane. Sinn and Val ask Watley to kill Antagone (due to increasing strains on their relationships with Antagone). Meanwhile, Wendell is sent by Xander to kill the giant ant baby. Both Wendell and Watley inadvertently fall in love with Antagone.
Valerie kills Sinn and blames Wendell and Arthur. Xander learns he has an illegitimate daughter. She comes to visit after her mother dies from cancer. Xander bribes her never to contact him again. Wendell decapitates Arthur when he tries to propose to Antagone. Antagone finally gives birth to her monster ant baby, which then eats her head.
Wendell rides Cody 2 around town... and he fornicates with it along the way. Everybody else races to the Annihilatrix while the Deceptacles make a stew out of Watley's decapited body in the motel swimming pool. Finally, Killface's alien brethren (and his mother) arrive to inquire about how the Earth has not yet been annihilated.
