Nick's fiancée Lauren Kitt is a smart, self-possessed woman who has become the center of his universe. But no one said love would be easy. Lauren may be the apple of Nick's eye, but his devoted fans aren't too pleased to see their idol snatched away by 'another woman'. Add to the mix Nick's demanding career, as well as both Nick and Lauren's outrageous families, and suddenly 'happily ever after' seems a whole lot more difficult to achieve. "I Heart Nick Carter" will follow Nick and Lauren as they chart the sometimes rocky path to 'I Do'. Will their love prove strong enough to overcome all the obstacles that stand in their way?
Seasons & Episode
After Nick's management team swipes aside his planned wedding date and urges him to get a pre-nup, Lauren questions Nick's ability to control his own life.
Nick and Lauren both have some family drama to contend with, and before the wedding they try to see if they can reconnect and get back on the right foot. Lauren meets her mother for a cake tasting and discovers that time doesn't heal all wounds. Meanwhile, Nick takes his brother Aaron out fishing.
Though he's a successful pop star with millions of female fans, Nick has insecurities about reaching his mid-thirties being out of shape and never having finished high school. Lauren tries to console him, but since she's a fitness model and speaks multiple languages, Nick still feels a bit inadequate sometimes.
Nick is thrilled to get the chance to tour with his friend, another boy band veteran Jordan Knight, but the opportunity would conflict with his wedding date. Lauren is dismayed to hear that Nick would consider moving the date. Lauren wants a project that's not all about Nick, so she takes meetings to develop a fitness app. That night, at a charity event, Nick is reminded about the importance of what marriage means.
Nick and Lauren fly to Europe for the Backstreet Boys world tour. Constant touring and living out of a bus puts a strain on the relationship. When Lauren meets up with some old friends in Paris, she's reminded of a time when she lived on her own schedule. She decides to take a breather and spend a few days in France, but Nick argues otherwise.
It's a rocky few days before the wedding as Nick gets writer's block trying to write his vows, and his brother Aaron calls to say he can only attend the reception not the actual ceremony. Meanwhile Lauren deals with other bumps in the road to the wedding. When they hit Las Vegas for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend, Nick and Lauren find their own ways to let off some steam.
