A wealthy man hires a tutor for his daughter, and strange events happen in his household. He reveals to the tutor that he and the tutor's father had offended a tribal god while working in a mine and were saved by a tribal girl named Ai-Zhu. They left her to die after she got bitten by a snake while searching for a tribal treasure. Ai-Zhu put a blood curse on them before dying, causing the wealthy man's family to suffer losses.
