2010 / TV-PGPerfect Couples is an American comedy television series that was originally broadcast by NBC. The half-hour romantic comedy was co-created by Jon Pollack and Scott Silveri and produced by Universal Media Studios. A sneak preview of the series aired on December 20, 2010, and officially premiered on January 20, 2011, as a midseason replacement for the 2010–11 television season. The show was filmed in Los Angeles. On April 14, 2011, the show was replaced in its timeslot with The Paul Reiser Show which was cancelled 11 days later on April 25th after only two episodes. NBC officially canceled Perfect Couples on May 13, 2011.

When Julia and Dave's anniversary plans fall through, Rex and Leigh plan a game night; Amy and Vance's relationship goes through a tumultuous period.
Amy and Vance return from their trip to Paris; Rex tries to talk Dave into buying a new car; Leigh becomes Amy's wedding planner.
Julia puts Dave on a strict diet after learning he has high cholesterol; Vance tries to curb Amy's spending; Leigh suggests Rex build a man cave.
After Julia is upset that Dave has met a woman while hiking, Dave becomes jealous when Julia thinks her co-worker is funny. Rex has a difficult time telling Leigh that he's in financial trouble.
Dave becomes obsessed with gender roles after attending Rex and Leigh's "Mad Men" party, so Julia tries to make him feel more like a man. After Leigh's shrimp rolls give everyone food poisoning, Vance and Amy argue about her job as the wedding planner.
When Leigh's injuries prevent her from participating in a doubles tennis tournament with Rex, Julia steps in as her replacement. Dave, Vance and Isabella set up shop in one of the houses they're selling until Amy spoils the fun.
Julia plans a quiet bachelorette party for Amy in Vancouver, however Amy has failed to tell her childhood friend that Julia is the maid of honor. At the bachelor party, Vance hopes to have a special moment with his friends while Dave tries to impress the guys with his camping skills. Rex and Leigh can't bear to spend one night apart.
Vance discovers Amy invited her ex-boyfriends to their wedding and tries to befriend them; Rex wants to see Leigh's file on her former flames; Dave and Julia help get ready for their friend's nuptials.
Leigh steps up as wedding planner while Vance and Amy deal with their doubts; Dave and Julia bicker about their toasts; Rex tries to be involved in the wedding.
Amy hates Vance's new pants, Rex becomes president of the Homeowner's Association
Rex and Julia go through their mother's things, Vance worries about his looks.
