Seasons & Episode
In a bid to win the respect and favour of a mystery new consultant, junior doctors Cath, Ameer, Simon and Rhian try to outdo each other on the wards. Their one-upmanship brings them more than they bargained for, and their quest leads them to a final twist they did not expect.
New roles for the junior doctors bring with them their own challenges. Rhian faces huge pressure in work and her private life suffers as a result, whilst Simon searches for the meaning of true love. Though love may come and go, Rhian realises that friendship is forever.
It should be a quiet Sunday night shift, but with a suicidal radio DJ, a quest to save the work of a doctor's lifetime and Ameer's stalker to deal with, the gang have their work cut out.
Cath, Rhian and Ameer try to discover why Simon is convinced of his own early demise. Simon helps Sister Alice with a special secret project.
Ameer questions whether he puts his faith and the faith of others aside in order to save lives. Alun battles with his urge to satisfy his desire for a forbidden fruit.
Cath's birthday takes a tragic turn as 12-year-old Gabby dies in her arms, making her question her life choices.
