2006Rollergirls was a 2006 A&E Network reality show examining the personalities, antics and motivations of the women involved with the Austin, Texas Lonestar Rollergirls roller derby league. The show focused primarily on the lives of Cha Cha and Venis Envy of Las Putas Del Fuego; Punky Bruiser, Miss Conduct, and Sister Mary Jane of the Holy Rollers; Lunatic and Clownsnack of the Hellcats; and Lux of the Rhinestone Cowgirls. Many other skaters were also highlighted. The league, now known as Texas Roller Derby or TXRD, was founded in 2001 and is run as a "skater-owned and operated" company that continues to this day. The five home teams are the Cherry Bombs, Hellcats, Holy Rollers, Las Putas Del Fuego and Rhinestone Cowgirls. Episodes were initially broadcast on Monday nights beginning on January 2, 2006, with repeated showings throughout the week. Rollergirls was produced by Gary and Julie Auerbach, the creators of MTV's Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. The show ended after one season.

The Hellcats begin to lose their grip as the Clownsnack issue divides former friends Lunatic and Catalac. Catalac is struggling with the deeper issue of whether her fight with ovarian cancer is finally over. In the middle of all this turmoil, Frankie attempts to settle down with Lux, the Rhinestone's rock star jammer.
Wild-at-heart single mom Cha Cha pays the price for her antics - she's banned from skating in a bout against her best friend Lunatic! Now that Cha Cha's out of the picture, Venis Envy has to overcome her self-doubt and take the place of her fallen Del Fuego.
Punky is bummed out about her life until a dear friend visits her. Sister Mary Jane thinks she may retire from roller derby.
The ladies take a trip to San Francisco to meet roller derby legend Ann Calvello. Then, back in Texas, Punky Bruiser makes her debut in stand up comedy.
Lux and Sister Mary Jane lead their undefeated teams, the Holy Rollers and the Rhinestone Cowgirls, in a head-to-head battle.
The first interstate roller derby competition in 30 years is arranged between the Texas league and the Arizona Renegades. Meanwhile, Luna is dissatisfied with the Hellcats and wants to try rejoining the Del Fuegos.
At the end-of-season party, the entire Texas league gets together to hand out awards.
The Rhinestone Cowgirls have their final battle with the Holy Rollers for the coveted Calvello Cup, and afterward everyone says goodbye.
