He wants to punish MAN, but to avoid any more battles he agrees to step down, on the condition that MAN has to kill the TWIN DRAGONS to avenge his sons’ death. MAN is in a dilemma as he wants to be the emperor, but he does not want to hurt his friends who have helped him. MAN invites the TWIN DRAGONS to have tea at the Xuanwu Gate.
