Possessed by Halyna, Melissa awakens from her coma after the ritual performed by The Hague and Elena. After being presumed dead, Aleksei is back in Brigida and, with him, secrets from the past come to light.
Anninka's past shows her struggle with the witch hunt. Mykhaila, the Hague's sister, returns to Brigida, and the reunion of the brothers Aleksei and Ignes promotes emotion and doubts.
Boris tries to rid his family of Halyna's influence while the return of the witch Mykhaila, the Hague's sister Brigida, brings secrets from the past to light.
Aleksei looks to Andreiv for advice and the priest's secrets come to light. A ritual with The Hague, Mykhaila and Anninka shows how the witch hunt in Brigida began in the past.
Giovana and Emily see Halyna's reflection in Melissa's place and are terrified. Aleksei argues with Pavlo and makes a surprising revelation as Anatoli leads Emily into the forest.
The Hague, Mykhaila, Elena and Melissa-Halyna perform a ritual in the forest. At the same instant, Boris passes out at home and then Anatoli is possessed by Roman much to Ignes' dismay.
Melissa-Halyna tries to trick Giovana and says she got rid of Halyna. Anatoli-Roman searches for the urn with Roman's ashes and Aleksei recognizes Traian Troader in an old book.
Giovana despairs over Melissa's situation. Boris tries to kill Aleksei and makes a revelation about his past. Investigator Natasha discovers the identity of the outsider's 'head'.
