Yuan Qian is trying to switch her major from sculpting to painting but runs into a problem in the form of Qin Shen. When these two run into each other it seems like disaster strikes.

Before and during the basketball competition Yuan Qian and Qin Shen are constantly butting heads together though he starts to feel bad when he sees Yuan Qian being mistreated by the other team.

Yuan helps Luo Xinxin get her money back by following Chen Hao. This leads to a horrible confrontation between Yuan and Chen and she is helped by an unexpected person.

Yuan Qian, Qin Shen and Jia Sicheng get picked by professor Jin to work on a Scultping project together for an amusement park with seniors in their university.

Qin Shen runs into a problem and is not able to meet Yuan Qian for dinner causing Yuan Qian to be upset and downplaying its significance to her.

Rehearsal start for the school competition and the sculpting class realizes they will have to come up with a new idea. Song Siyi comes up with an idea and they decide to use it with minor changes from Qin Shen.

The sculpting class goes on a trip together to celebrate and Song Siyi comes along. Yi Ming and Chen Qinan misinterpret Yuan Qian attentions towards Qin Shen as romantic when in reality she just wants her misplaced papers back.

Yuan Qian and Qin Shen are late in getting back to their dorms and both lose five points over it. Yuan Qin needs the five points and finally finds a way to gain them back and in the process she begins to spend more time with Song Siyi.

Yuan Qian gets closer to Song Siyi when she learns his secret by following him. Qin Shen decides that he needs to figure out whether Yuan Qian likes him through suggestions from Chen Qinan.

Qin and Yuan end up as teachers in the same class in an art institute for children. While working Yuan finds out that her position might be temporary and she is in direct competition with Qin for her job.

Yuan Qian has several encounters with a troublesome students and Qin Shen comes and helps her out at every turn. During this period they become noticeably closer causing some of the people around them to be upset.

Song Siyi makes a grand gesture towards Yuan Qian which Qin Shen notices and realizes he needs to up his game only to blunder and confuse Yuan Qian more.

The university is picking a male and female from different departments to do a photo shoot for the school. Qin Shen signs up for the photo shoot when he sees Yuan Qian's name but things don't go as planned.

The PE class goes on an overnight camping trip with their instructor. Students are divided into partners to carry out the challenges set for them.

Qin Shen overhears two girls spreading rumors about Yuan Qian's character and tries to shield her from them but Yuan Qian finds out when she goes back to her dorm. She vows to find out who is spreading lies about her.

Yuan Qian finds out that she got her job through Ling Wei and decides to buy her a present so she doesn't feel like she owes her something. When she sees Ling Wei she notices that she is taking medication for depression.

Yuan Qian's roommates find out about her transfer and are upset with her for not telling them and start to ignore her. Qin Shen gives her some advice on how to repair the relationship.

Qin Shen and Yuan Qian and their roommates plan a trip together for their break hoping to have fun and relax before the school starts. Qin Shen tells Yuan Qian that she needs to make their relationship public.

Ling Wei ends up in the same place as Qin Shen, Yuan Qian and their classmates are sightseeing. Ling Wei decides that she needs to change hotels to be closer to the group only to see something she was not expecting.

Yuan Qian finally makes her relationship with Qin Shen public after Ling Wei sees them together. Yuan Qian confronts her about her motive behind their friendship.

Sculpting department is in trouble of losing their major so they get together to figure out a plan on keeping it open. At the same time Qin Shen disappears without much explanation causing some to think he is quitting the major.

Professor Jin tells the sculpting department to divide into small groups and submit their work to a competition. Ling Wei confronts Yuan Qian causing Qin Shen to correct his mistakes.

Under pressure of the competition and saving the sculpting department, conflicts arise among the students with everyone choosing sides when a sculpture for one of the groups is destroyed.

With the competition fast approaching the sculpting department gets ready to submit their sculptures. Yuan Qian and Qin Shen go on a trip together for their break only to have it crashed by their classmates.
