Princess Mahinar returns from abroad in a bad psychological state. Omar Ezz Al-Din is released after serving a long time as a detainee.
Shuhrat visits Shukran and Nagwa at their house in Al-Helmiya. As she informs them that Hussein is furious that they are living on their own, she asks them to return to Garden City.
Princess Shahinda throws a big party in Princess Mahinar's honor. Ahmed Al-Beheiry interrogates Salah Roshdy.
As Nawal tries to win Mohsen Al-Shazly's favor in order to get the ranch, she asks him to get back together with her. Shukran asks Hussein to find her a doctor to do the surgery on her foot.
As Omar flirts with Ne'mat Kazem, Ne'mat tries to avoid him, prompting Omar to decide to propose to her. Princess Mesliar returns from abroad, shocking everyone as they thought her dead.
As Shukran prepares to go to Switzerland for her surgery, Shuhrat enlists Ahmed Al-Beheiry's help to get her and Shukran permission to travel. Ahmed agrees but lays his terms for Shuhrat.
Atef quarrels with Sarah over her insistence to go to college. As Atef vehemently refuses to allow her, the furious Sarah leaves him behind.
Officer Ahmed Al-Beheiry asks Shuhrat to win Jamil Tuson's favor to get information about the artifacts and state property that were smuggled abroad following the King's travel.
Salah learns that Princess Mesliar is still alive. Youssef quarrels with Sou'ad over the former's meetings with Nagwa and the latter's jealousy.
Atef summons Salah Roshdy to pass on the information that he is being referred to the military council. As Salah grows furious, he asks to speak on the phone, but Atef advises him against it and informs him that his violations have left him with no way out.
Dr. Hassan comforts Shukran after he takes notice of her anxiety. Salma asks for Hussein's permission to join the Music Institute.
When Sou'ad tells her cousin that she wants to separate from Youssef, her cousin advises her to reconsider, especially in light of their love story.
When Fatima informs Osman that she wants to divorce Salah, Osman promises to arrange it. Jamil Tuson courts Shuhrat and tells her that he is still in love with her.
Rafik and Jamil Tuson threaten Shaher, trying to get the photos he has that implicate Jamil. Jamil tells Shaher that he has two days to give up the photos, or Jamil will kill him.
Salah Roshdy is appointed as the head of the Maritime Company. As Shuhrut gets her hands on the photo that implicated Jamil Tuson, she and Shaher flee to Egypt.
Youssef receives Shuhrut and Shaher at the airport. When Youssef divorces Sou'ad, the latter is left devastated that her love for him came down to this.
Omar and Ne'mat wed and travel for their honeymoon. Atef reconciles with his fiancée and informs Youssef that he wants to wed her.
Salah kidnaps his daughter Naiyera from her mother, Fatima, leaving the latter devastated. Osman promises to resolve the matter with Salah without them involving the police.
Azmy informs Sou'ad that he is still in love with her, sharing that he has been waiting for her all these years and wants to marry her.
Sou'ad agrees to wed Azmy. When he learns about it, Youssef tells everyone that everything between him and Sou'ad has ended. Egypt faces the Tripartite Aggression.
Azmy weds Sou'ad at a lavish ceremony. Jamil Tuson calls Shuhrut and vows revenge on her.
Roshdy invites Shahinda to lunch and confesses his love for her, asking her to marry him. Hussein and Shuhrat agree to wed.
Jamil Tuson returns from abroad. As he goes to meet Shuhrat, he renews his vow of revenge and orders her to meet him the next day. Mohsen divorces Nawal.
Nawal confronts Mohsen in front of his family, demanding her rights after their divorce. She threatens him in front of his wife Shukran and makes a scene.
When Fatima tells Salah that she is going to sue him for divorce, Salah threatens her and brushes off her threats, telling her to do whatever she wants as he will take her daughter from her.
Sou'ad calls Youssef and asks to speak with him, but Youssef rebuffs her and refuses to stay in contact since she is a married woman. Ahmed Al-Beheiry warns his friend Omar about the effect his articles have on the public opinion.
When Azmy and Sou'ad quarrel, he slaps her, and she decides to leave the house. Youssef confesses his feelings for Nagwa Al-Shazly.
Nagwa confesses her love for Youssef. Sarah informs her husband Atef that she is pregnant, much to his delight.
As Omar faces restrictions on his articles, he tells Ahmed Al-Beheiry that he will not submit to being censored. Ahmed warns Omar to be careful since he is being watched.
Youssef falls ill and develops hypertension. When Atef informs Omar about Youssef's hospitalization, he goes to check on him. Azmy quarrels with Sou'ad again.
Sou'ad visits Youssef at the hospital and confesses that she still loves him. Nawal and Salah Roshdy have a fight, leaving them at odds with each other.
Ne'mat's jealousy leads to a fight between her and her husband Omar, who tries to convince her that there is nothing between him and Mahinar like she suspects.
The family celebrates the birth of Sarah and Atef's baby. When Mahinar informs Omar that she wants to break things off with him, Omar grows angry.
Shuhrat falls ill. Roshdy warns Ne'mat about Omar and informs her that he is putting her at risk with his dangerous political stance.
As Salah invites Monira to lunch, he confesses his feelings for her. Ahmed Al-Beheiry confesses his love for Shuhrat.
Ne'mat warns Mahinar against Roshdy Hedayet, especially in light of his relationship with Shahinda. She advises her to send Shahinda a warning about Roshdy's manipulation of her.
As Sou'ad and Youssef talk, she confesses her love for him, and Youssef takes her out to lunch. Ne'mat goes back to Omar.
