In the premiere episode, the eight social media stars battle it out on the three kitchen levels. Only five chefs will advance to join the teams of mentors Gordon Ramsay, Richard Blais and Nysesha Arrington and compete for the grand prize of a 1-year mentorship and $250,000.
The auditions continue as the home cooks fight for one of the coveted five spots that advances them to the mentorship team draft, taking them one step closer to winning the grand prize of a 1-year mentorship and $250,000. One chef is eliminated after each challenge until only the top five are left standing.

The 14 remaining chefs are tasked with preparing a curry dish that promises to pack a punch with only 30 minutes on the clock. The winning dish gives the entire team immunity and claims the top-level kitchen for the next challenge.

The chefs are tasked with preparing a next-level international street food dish. But there's a twist: to mimic the "grab-and-go" feel of street food, the platform never stops moving throughout the challenge.
The remaining chefs butcher and break down various cuts of beef amongst their teams to create sizzling steak dishes that earn a "well-done" from the judges. Then, two contestants face elimination as they enter a heated seafood cook-off.
The 10 remaining contestants step into the kitchen with one single goal: to elevate the traditional pizza into a next-level masterpiece. The winning pizza gains immunity for the whole team and claims the top-level kitchen spot.
The nine remaining chefs embark on a gastronomic journey to the land of Tzatziki, Togas, and Tradition: Greece. Using a bounty of fresh ingredients from the platform, the chef who prepares the best Greek entree wins immunity for their team.

The final five chefs must create a dish that won't leave a sour taste in the judges' mouth by using kombucha, the trendy fermented drink. Then, two chefs battle for a spot in the semifinals by cooking a winning dish using a wok.
In the semi-finals, the final four chefs face a tangy twist as they're tasked with showcasing one of the classic taste elements. With limited time on the clock, every dash, pinch or sprinkle could mean the difference between securing a coveted spot in the grand finale or facing the heat in a final elimination cook-off.
The competition reaches its boiling point as the final three chefs race against the clock to craft a sensational three-course meal. With $250,000 and a year-long mentorship on the line, only one chef will rise to the top and claim the title of the Next Level Chef champion.
