Detectives Tokita and Shiina team up to arrest Yakuza boss Orihara. Tokita reveals that he has has incontinence issues, which excites Shiina. They turn off their radios and leave to meet the woman Tokita has a crush on. Misato and Arira bully newbie Yotsukado. Orihara realizes he's being chased by the police and mafia. Headquarters becomes chaotic when the arrest goes awry.
Tokita and Shiina desperately try to track down Orihara. Tokita suggests that he, Shiina, and Fuyuka run away. Orihara tries to hide in his retired boss, Jin's house, who messes with Orihara. The Chinese mafia try to chase Orihara. Misato tries to tease Arira after learning her fiance is a former convict. The police and the mafia chase fleeing detectives and Yakuza. The situation only worsens...
Fuyuka is taken away and Tokita and Shiina search for her while evading the police. Arira decides to call off her engagement, causing a commotion. Yotsukado faces misfortune and becomes the target of displaced anger. Orihara plans his escape but is cornered by the Seiryu gang. Tokita receives a mysterious call offering to return Fuyuka. A gripping battle of good-for-nothing individuals unfolds!

Orihara wants to escape and is presented with an unexpected condition. Headquarters pursue Tokita and Shiina. Misato and Arira try to contact them. Tokita and Shiina are burdened with an unexpected mission!
The Yakuza contact Tokita offering to overlook his mistake if he caught Orihara. An unexpected opportunity arises after he makes contact with Orihara and has to transport drugs. Orihara and his team go undercover to deal with the Chinese mafia, but Jin discovers a wiretap. Ren learns of Orihara's plans to escape alone. Arira gets angry about Misato’s personnel affairs, leading to a big fight.
