The parents take part in a self-reflection workshop which proves to be more emotional than expected. The kids choose which parents will go on a pottery date and an unexpected connection begins to grow at the Retreat.
A blossoming romance develops further on a dancing date, a new mum arrival sends ripples through the Retreat, another mum begins to realise her feelings for one of the dads but holds back for fear of breaking the girl code, and there's a big surprise in store for everyone.
Parents channel the wild west for a hoedown party with some intimate conversations leading to a first kiss. One of the mums has an emotional breakthrough during a game, and another plucks up the courage to ask a dad on a date, with a surprising outcome. Davina McCall hosts.
