For the next eight weeks, these creative competitors will live in and work together on the house, one room at a time. Each week, they'll compete and collaborate on a different room. The group is given $10,000 and 24 hours to renovate the mansion's pool cabana
The amateur builders undertake a $20,000 challenge to renovate the master suite, including the master bedroom, bath and sleeping porch.
The group is split into two teams in a competition to renovate the front yard. The drama heightens when one team is given more money and the other more time to complete the mission.
The amateur home builders are given $90,000 and seven days to renovate the mansion's kitchen.
The group is given three days and a $10,000 budget to enclose the front porch.
The novice home remodelers are given a $45,000 budget to renovate rooms on the first floor, including the living room, dining room, breakfast room and den.
