A mass grave is discovered in the sea and when the bodies are removed, the serial killer begins to escalate. A piece of chewing gum is found in the groin of a ripper victim.
A second body with signs of poisoning is found in a trash can. After Byl fails to authorize payments, Juan receives an irresistible offer. Jo suspects William is hiding something.
