Tessa, an isolated and struggling international student, starts work as a delivery cyclist with the help of her housemate Raj, but her new-found optimism is shattered by a fatal delivery rider accident.
Raj's disappearance leaves Tessa and her housemates, Zal and Bastian, with unanswered questions; Bastian and Tessa piece together the events in the lead up to the accident.
Trust reaches an all-time low, with Zal, Bastian and Tessa having conflicting theories about what Raj was up to; Tessa breaks away on her own to pursue a theory.
The team get tangled up in something bigger than deliveries, with Raj in the middle of it. They must work together quickly to find Raj, using their insider knowledge of delivery rider networks.
The team struggle to reconcile with Raj and tensions are high; the life Tessa put on hold catches up with her; new information causes a rift in the team; the riders realise a greater game is at play.
The team realise they've been pawns in a game larger than them and they struggle to see eye-to-eye; Appetite offers them a life-changing deal.
