After becoming a doctor, Büşra returns to her hometown. There, she meets a teacher named Selim. Büşra and Selim, both carrying the scars of the past, set out on a journey with no return.

After she settles to the village where she was born, Dr. Busra meets some strange villagers. On the other side, teacher Selim finds a injured mute girl.
Dr. Busra sends injured girl back to her family. Teacher Selim suspects that she came to village for some reason and hears from some people that she is here for him.
Busra learns Selim's story and about his missing fiancee. This story makes her angry with Selim. Village headman Davud has 2 missing grandchild and deals with sorcery.
Ali is one of Selim's student and his mother is dying from cancer. Selim wants help from offended Dr. Busra and he gets. Davud's spell is broken and he wants help from a sorcerer woman.
Peasantry start to spread gossip about Dr. Busra. They believe that she is cursed. Stranger things occur around the fountain and one creature from that fountain roams inside the village.
Selim learns the truth about himself and his mother's death. Busra is no longer wanted by the village people. Busra and Selim get closer and this intimidates both.
Selim and Busra go out to find sorcerer woman. Village's imam warns people about Busra, tells them she is cursed.
Village people led by Aziz raid Busra's clinic to fire her out of the village. Selim realizes what's happened to his missing ex fiance. Aziz's grandmother tries to make some kind of spell.
Busra's mother confesses her the truth about her past and Busra's birth. Aziz tells Davud the bitter truth which his grandsons are not alive. Selim goes to his hodja and hodja asks him to bring Busra with him.
Busra and Selim goes to Burhan Hodja to learn about the truth. They decides to finish the curse, but this will be very painful.
