Hur Jun, The Original Story Season 1 Full Episode Guide
Heo Jun starts to work for Doctor Yu to learn medicine. He meets Ye-jin again at the dock...
A crook named Gu Il-seo promises to get Jun an ID but gambles his money away instead. Jun's mother suddenly becomes sick so they take her to Doctor Yu, a renowned physician in the village.
After Jun's father secretly releases him, he attempts to leave Euiju with his mother and Da-hee. They arrive near the capital at Samgae port, which seems to have a tense atmosphere.
Jun gets caught for illegal trading and his father is forced to punish him. Since Jun handled Lee Jeong-chan's funeral, he gets interrogated on the whereabouts of Lady Da-hee.
While the officers are in search for Lee Jeong-chan and his daughter, Da-hee, he passes away. Heojun decides to conduct illegal trade to leave Yongcheon and help Da-hee escape.
Jun has now dipped into illegal trading of medicinal ingredients. His position as a concubine's son continues to haunt him in the present.
Jun and Mi-hyeon are captured by the barbarians and about to be sold as slaves. The barbarians propose a trade to General Heo but he is forced by the Lordship to decline it.
Everyone frantically searches for Jun as he was left out in the bitter cold as punishment by Seok. Jun gets saved by an ex-royal physician and meets his young daughter, Mi-hyeon.
Being the son of a concubine, Jun is mistreated by his older half-brother and dismissed from his father's birthday feast. Jun dreams of being a great general that fights barbarians, just like his father.
