Willie Nelson mixes elements of folk, blues, classic country, western swing and a little gospel during a versatile set that highlights songs from his first-ever bluegrass album, titled "Country Music".
With a backbone of Southern rock and country, passionate vocals, and trademark layered guitars, Lynyrd Skynyrd deliver renditions of their iconic classics "Sweet Home Alabama," "Gimme Three Steps," "That Smell" and "Simple Man". This episode is littered with hits, rousing guitar solos, and songs from their album, God & Guns.
Musicians Emmylou Harris, Patty Griffin, Shawn Colvin and Buddy Miller take to the stage together to perform "Trouble," "Gasoline and Matches," "Strong Hand (for June)," "Mary" and other Americana hits amid banter and genial rapport.
