London is the home of football and boxing. Master Chris Crudell has been engaged his hole life to martial arts, who has also done he's own league of martial arts. Arman trains for boxing, and gets beaten by Chris.
In this episode we are in Hong Kong. Master Leng Ting is the world's most respected wing tsun teacher. He is the late Bruce Lee's teacher student. Wing Tsun was originally developed by the women and it's ideal for close combat.
World's oldest living nation is the original birthplace of karate. Arman attends three different schools and gets to know Okinawan lifestyle and religion, which is the worship of ancestors.
Korea is a country living in a constant state of war and also the birthplace tae kwon do. Arman travels to the north, to the world's most closely guarded border region.
Malaysia is a liberal Muslim country, which carries a deadly dangerous martial kind, called pentjak harness. Arman become familiar with the lives of young Muslim women and discovers how Muslims, Christians, Hindus and Buddhists living in peace under the same roof.
Arman lives in Tokyo and studies the old samurai sword fighting, that is called kendo today. Arman also interview a descendant of a genuine samurai and a member of the infamous Yakuza.
Dallas is one of the most dangerous cities in the United States. Master Jon Rister has developed he's own martial art, to survive on the streets. Arman travels to the most dangerous street in Dallas and interviews members of Crips- and Bloods gangmembers.
Arman moves to the slums of Phnom Penh to live in the school of a master that fled from the clutches of the Pol Pot. Arman studies the ancient Khmer kingdom's own martial art, Bokator. At the same time he learns about the history of Angkor Watt and the fields of Pol Pot's death.
In the China's mountains lives master Shi De Yang, the biggest name in the Shaoling kung fu. Arman move's to the de Yang's orphanage to live, while he learns about 1500 years old martial art and more ascetical living with the monks.
In the first episode Arman is training with Auvo Niiniketo to be prepared for the trip.
