Homes Under the Hammer Season 25 Full Episode Guide
A Victorian house in Strood in Kent whose only loo was outside, a semi-detached house in Leeds and a damp top floor flat in Kilmarnock are all bought at auction. Three seasoned developers come up against unexpected issues as they work to bring new life into their bricks and mortar.
Martel is in Dalry, Ayrshire, to see a ground floor, one-bedroom flat with two front doors. Tommy is in Norwich visiting a former office which comes with plans to turn it into flats. Dion is in Walton, Liverpool, to see two flats that come as part of the same auction lot.
Martin heads to Cannock in Staffordshire to see a three-bed bungalow with a bizarre layout, taken on by a husband and wife who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. He also visits Alsager in Cheshire to see a three-bed semi with lots of space - it’s just in all the wrong places. And Martel is in Hartlepool, County Durham, to visit a two-bed terrace in need of modernisation.
A terrace in Aberdare, a slice of land in Glasgow and an end terrace in Rochester are sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion and Jacqui follow progress on the three developments as their new owners take on very different approaches to their investments.
Martel is in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, to see a four-bed mid-terrace that the new owners have grand plans to turn into an HMO. Martin is in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, to see a three-bed end-terrace in need of a new lease of life. Jacqui is in Brighton visiting a rather grand Victorian terrace with five bedrooms over four floors.
Tommy is in Norwich to see a Grade II listing with bags of charm and potential. Martin is in Folkestone to visit a two-bed maisonette taken on by a builder with an interesting hobby. Dion heads to Wigan to see a three-bed terrace that’s riddled with damp but has great development potential.
Jacqui visits Vauxhall in south London to see a three-bed, third-floor flat with a lot of character and potential. She’s also in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, to see a mid-terrace property split into two one-bedroom flats. Dion heads to Macclesfield in Cheshire to see a Grade II listed two-bed home in an old mill.
Tommy is in Rugeley in Staffordshire to see a three-bed mid-terrace bought by a trio of experienced developers. Martin is in Cudham in the London borough of Bromley, visiting a two-bed end-terrace bought by a mother to help get her daughter on the property ladder. Jacqui is in north west London to see two flats that may be better reverting back to one.
Martin is in Swansea, along with a four-legged friend, to see a three-bed semi-detached house. We revisit a plot of land just outside Bolton in Lancashire that Martel first saw in 2019. Martel is also in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, to see a two-bed terrace with a very low-sounding guide price.
Martel visits Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire to see a three-bed mid-terrace bought by an ambitious young couple who want to turn it into upmarket studios. Jacqui is in Tunbridge Wells in Kent to look at an interesting lot of garages with the potential for a very lucrative development. Martin is in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, to see a three-bed mid-terrace with a low guide price.
Martin is just outside Tonypandy, South Wales, to see a three-bed mid terrace, bought unseen by a relatively inexperienced developer. He is also in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, to visit a large, derelict, five-bedroom property riddled with dry rot but with great development potential. Jacqui is in Herne Hill, London to see a four-bedroomed, three-storey end of terrace with character and lots of opportunity to add value.
Martin and Dion follow progress on three developments in Chapeltown in Sheffield, Kingsworth in Kent and Kings Heath in Birmingham. All three developers are faced with a long list of challenges, but they all deliver stunning results.
Martel is just outside Bradford to see a three-bed end terrace bought by a father-in-law and son-in-law developing duo. Tommy is in Dulwich, visiting a two bedroom garden flat on which a young developer is keen to make his mark. Jacqui is in Sipson, just beside Heathrow Airport, to see a two-bed ground-floor maisonette with a short lease and missing kitchen.
Two quirky Cumbrian properties in Kendal and Heathersgill are sold under the hammer along with a Victorian mid terrace in Luton in Bedfordshire. Martin, Martel and Tommy follow the property renovations and transformations.
A trio of terraces in Norfolk, Mid Glamorgan and Essex are transformed by seasoned developers who battle the rising cost of building materials to turn a profit on their auction buys.
