Britain's Best Home Cook Season 1 Full Episode Guide
It's the final chance for the cooks to impress the judges with the very best of their home cooking, with the ultimate main and pudding. In the cooks challenge, the finalists must make a dish that showcases both chicken and mushrooms.
The semi-finalists must impress the judges with their ultimate drinks party canapes before improvising with ginger or orange. The cooks in the elimination round then follow a classic Italian recipe to the letter to avoid being sent home.
The quater-finalists have two and a half hours to prepare their ultimate sharing feast with four complementary dishes that must come together as a complete meal. In the Cooks' Challenge, the choice is between squid and mackerel.
The final six cooks have two and a half hours to wow the judges with ultimate chocolate desserts, before the best chooses between aubergine or tofu for the Cooks' Challenge. Who will survive the sweet and sour eliminator?
Claudia Winkleman presents week four of the home cooking contest and the first challenge awaiting the seven remaining contestants is to put their individual spin on a traditional roast dinner, which must include at least two vegetable accompaniments. Next they are given just one hour to invent a sweet or savoury meal using cauliflower or crab as the key ingredient - pushing some of the hopefuls out of their comfort zone - before the elimination round sees the weakest cooks following a dessert recipe to the letter. Who will judges Mary Berry, Dan Doherty and Chris Bavin chooses to send home?

There is then an anxious wait to hear who has to cook again in a final challenge, for which judges Mary Berry, Dan Doherty and Chris Bavin have chosen a pasta dish. But who will be going home?
The best nine cooks battle it out over their finest fish dish and improvise with squash or rice before the weakest face a tricky dessert elimination round. At the end of the challenges, one cook must say farewell.
The cooks have 90 minutes to prepare their ultimate burger with at least two sides designed to showcase their individual personality. The patties and fries sparkle with variety and influences as cooks rustle up a variety of burgers.
