The only ones left in the business are Tenoch and Memo. Daniela is their new competition. Also, teacher Ilse wants them to stop. Tenoch decides to retire after pulling off an exam heist. Diego annoys Tenoch by saying he's gay, too, so Tenoch mocks Alex in front of others to come out unscathed. Meanwhile, Alex confesses to Rafa that he likes him, but Rafa only wants to be friends.
The school wonders if Alex is gay. Marifer is treated as the resentful girlfriend, so she flees to Lalo. Tenoch wants Daniela to choose between Diego and the business. Memo convinces Alex to be honest, and Marifer breaks up with him. Marifer and Memo turn in the assignments, but Ilse suspects they're all too similar. Memo tells Marifer about his dark side, who admits she has one too.
Alex hangs out with Rafa, and his relationship with Marifer wavers. At school, the bullies go after Memo, and Alex stops selling them “merchandise." Diego, extremely popular, makes sure no one buys homework from them. Memo and Tenoch intervene, but Diego warns them that Alex will replace them. Alex talks to Memo about his crush on Rafa. Alex is about to kiss Rafa, but Marifer interrupts.
