Jack works as a Court reporter.
Having accidently being launched into space, Jack works as an Astronaut. Jack, Tiberius, Leo, and Bobby try to keep sane on the voyage to Saturn, but Bobby's lack of a liver, Leo's fusion with a worm, and Tiberius' sex withdrawal make this problematic. When the ship's half programmed computer puts them into suspended animation for 16 years, Jack tries to stop the mission.
Jack works as a Bellhop at the Star Tramps theme hotel. While working as Galaxander, the Bellhop from the series, he meets the girl of his dreams. Meanwhile, are the Astronauts next door doing more then just research?
In this special odd job, Jack works as a gift wrapper for needy orphans. Slaving away and nursing paper cuts, Jack is unable to summon any holiday spirit. Knocked unconscious by an errant toy, Jack is visited by the ghosts of Jobs Past, Present, and Future as they try to teach him the true meaning of gainful employment. Meanwhile, the bruise on comatose Jack's forehead takes on Jesus-like dimensions, giving his family a holiday money making opportunity...
