Todd and Tom try to make a show. Tom invents a calculator with a unicorn on top, which ends up ruining thousands of people's lives.
Tom gets hired as the Mayor's PR man just as the Mayor is involved in a scandal resulting from a sex tape he made with popular musician Roy Teppert. To renew himself, the mayor drags along Tom and Shamus, a little deaf singing boy, on a hot air balloon trip.
Tom creates a plan to turn sewage into electricity, then has a car accident.
The mayor has Tom purchase porcelain birds because he believes that they will immediately increase in value. Tom wants to use the money to save the bird sanctuary. When the porcelain birds turn out to be worthless, the mayor has them bronzed.
Tom creates a T-shirt that reads ""Rat's Off to Ya"" for Christmas. It becomes a big hit, but the idea is quickly stolen from Tom by a local novelty store.
At the request of The Mayor, Tom weds all the dogs in town.
Tom and The Mayor try to revive pioneer times by re-building a Western-themed amusement park and turning off the electricity in Jefferton.
Tom bought a whole bunch of World War II items online, thus deciding to propose a WWII themed restaurant to the Mayor, but with the help of the Mayor's nephew Terry, it is quickly changed to an arcade/pizza parlor.
Tom and The Mayor are worried about the safety of Jefferton's children, so they decide to buy thousands of Bear Traps to place all around the city to keep strangers away from the children.
