Park Mu-jin tries dealing with a military threat by taking a gamble on Lee Gwan-muk. Yeong-jin receives photos putting a candidate in a delicate spot.
As his advisers wonder whether Park Mu-jin is making decisions as an acting president or as a candidate, Yeong-seok informs him about his intentions.
Yeong-seok has cutting words for Park Mu-jin. Despite Ju-seung’s counsel, Yeong-jin starts preparing his candidate. Na-gyeong tries to assure Han-mo.
Yeong-seok’s opportunistic maneuvering doesn’t go unnoticed. Choe Gang-yeon fears that Park Mu-jin has made his choice. Na-gyeong probes Yeong-jin.
Kang Dae-han interrogates Na-gyeong, who insists on briefing Park Mu-jin in person. The staff doesn’t know what to make of Yeong-seok’s actions.
