Married at First Sight returns for a new season in the windy city of Chicago, Illinois. Three experts; Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Pastor Calvin Roberson and Rachel DeAlto are tasked with finding three compatible couples that will not meet until their wedding. This in-depth exploration of the matchmaking process introduces the experts, experiment and the candidates brave enough to marry a stranger.
The experts travel back to Chicago to find out each couples’ current relationship status. All the couples gather together to share their experiences and answer viewers’ questions.
Before they face the experts one last time, the couples head out of town on a second honeymoon to help gain clarity about their final decisions.

Four weeks after the couples got married as strangers, Pastor Calvin Roberson stops by to encourage them to celebrate their first holiday together: Labor Day.
