Jazz finds out that JoJo's grandmother will not support JoJo having top surgery; Jeanette celebrates her birthday with a consultation from a plastic surgeon; Jazz's feelings about Pomona College clash with her parents' desire for her to pick Harvard.
Jazz goes to New York for a third surgery to correct defects caused by complications during her gender confirmation surgery. While there, Jazz attends the premiere of a film she starred in. The Jennings family celebrate the twins' 21st birthday.
