The employees of Cheongil Electronics are astounded at the new Miracle T1 vacuum launch from TM Electronics. A battle with a mega-corporation with unlimited resources looks bleak, but Cheongil Electronics who have come so far with so little decide not to give up and continue on. Meanwhile, a famous online streamer publishes an in-depth review between Cheongil's new BlueOne cordless vacuum against TM's Miracle T1.
Mr. Yoo approaches Mr. Moon regarding evidence he had gotten from Mr. Ha that clearly shows TM's ill motives of bringing down Cheongil Electronics and tells him to do what's right. To make things worse, Mr. Moon gets ordered to remove himself from the Cheongil acquisition for the slow progress. Meanwhile, everyone at Cheongil glues their eyes to the television to witness their first-ever home shopping launch.
Cheongil Electronics is hit with a crisis again. All of their parts suppliers refuse to fill their orders in fear of losing TM as their partner. However, it doesn't stop Sun Shim, Mr. Yoo, Young Hoon, and the rest of the staff from trying to fulfill their one chance at launching on the JC Home Shopping channel. Meanwhile, Ha Eun Woo, who has been helping TM with intel to destroy Cheongil, starts to have a change of heart.
Sun Shim stands her ground and tells the president of Seongwoo Corporation that Cheongil Electronics is not for sale, putting TM's Mr. Hwang in a sticky situation. TM decides to sue Cheongil for financial damages of 6 million dollars to change their minds. Meanwhile, at Cheongil Electronics, the company is ecstatic with the positive outcome of their free trial project and look to a home shopping network to further promote their vacuum.
Sun Shim tells everything she has had inside of her to Ji Na and tries to overcome her wounds. Trusting Mr. Hwang, Eun Woo resigns his position with Cheongil Electronics and applies to the job posting for someone with experience at TL. Meanwhile, after Jin Wook tells everyone to make up their minds to either leave or stay, he and those remaining attempt to save the company with a new plan.
After coming back to Cheongil Electronics, Jin Wook focuses on selling vacuum cleaners and developing new models. However, the sales won’t increase, Cheongil is pressured to sell the company to Seongwoo, and the employees differ on the possible acquisition with Seongwoo. Meanwhile, Sun Shim causes a scene in front of Seongwoo’s building when she encounters Ji Na.
After seeing her bank balance drop, Ji Na seizes her chance with evidence of TM's Mr. Hwang's corruption and demands from him the director of planning position at Seongwoo Corporation. Mr. Hwang, on the other hand, takes the opportunity to exploit her. Meanwhile, Mr. Oh tells his son Philip that he will sell Cheongil Electronics, which outrages Sun Shim and the rest of the employees.
Young Ja suggests that the company should run the machines in the factory again with the repo stickers on them so that they can meet the deadline with TM. And Man Bok comes back to Cheongil Electronics. He meets with the creditors and pays back what he owes. He also takes care of the early repayment issue with the bank.
Ms. Jung, the old cafeteria worker, gets taken into custody for hitting Mr. Kim in the back of the head, severely injuring him. Sun Shim does her best to free Ms. Jung from charges but ends up asking Do Joon for help. Do Joon decides to help after remembering the warm lunches Ms. Jung had made for him. Meanwhile, Mr. Oh collapses from a panic attack and calls Young Ja for help.
Ji Sang in TM Electronics and Eun Woo in Cheongil Electronics conspire together. Eun Woo drives a wedge between those in the Manufacturing Team and the office staff as he was told by Ji Sang. Meanwhile, a group of government officials barges in the Cheongil Electronics and sticks on seizure stickers all over the place. And Ms. Jung gets arrested for hitting one of the government officials.
Mr. Yoo leaves Cheongil Electronics under the condition that the rest of the employees get to keep their jobs. When everyone thinks things will get better, a misplaced order for parts causes panic. On top of the commotion, TM deliberately makes an additional order to stir the pot. Without Mr. Yoo, things couldn't get worse, so Sun Shim desperately tries to get Mr. Yoo back.
Jin Shim is very angry when she finds out the loan Sun Shim took out on their parents’ gravesite. Sun Shim feels helpless. After wrecking the company, Mr. Oh is on the run. He and Ji Na are planning to sell off Cheongil. Meanwhile, someone took a picture of Mr. Oh and Jin Wook and that everyone is agitated by it.
The whole company turns their back on Sun Shim and believes she embezzled company funds. However, Jin Wook clears her name. To repay his kindness, Sun Shim tries her best to stop Do Joon from laying off Jin Wook and finds Mr. Song more of a liability. Meanwhile, TM offers Seongwoo Corporation a chance to take over Cheongil.
Do Joon who has whistle-blown on TM Electronics is sent to save Cheongil Electronics that is in a huge amount of deficits. He plans downsizing, restructuring, and layoffs for Cheongil Electronics. Meanwhile, Sun Shim faces the police investigation on suspicion of embezzlement. She has to find evidence to prove her innocence.
As soon as she becomes the president, Miss Lee faces a bankruptcy crisis. Desperately, she asks Mr. Kim for an extension with the money owed but gets nowhere. Amidst the chaos, Mr. Jung, another president of Cheongil's subcontracted companies, dies in a car accident. At the funeral, Mr. Kim agrees to help Miss Lee with the extension as long as she brings Mr. Yoon to apologize.
Ji Na convinces Sun Shim to buy the company’s stocks. Sun Shim puts her parents’ gravesite as collateral and takes out a loan to buy Ji Na’s stocks. When she returns to work the next day, both Ji Na and Mr. Oh are missing. What’s worse, they hear she hears that the company is about to go bankrupt.
