Max and Ruby Season 1 Full Episode Guide
Ruby is preparing to go for a picnic with Louise and her dolly Sally-Swims-a-Lot, but Max is listening to his favorite radio show, Super Bunny. When Sally suddenly goes missing, it's up to Super Max to come to the rescue.
Valentine's Day is a busy time for Ruby and Louise, who make special Valentine cards for their friends. Max wants to make a Valentine, but he's too little to use scissors and glue. Ruby gives Max the important job of taking her Valentines to the mailbox, and Max ends up making a special Valentine delivery of his own.
Ruby and Louise are practicing their magic act for the Bunny Scouts talent show, and they need Max to be their volunteer from the audience. Max wants to know how they do their tricks, but Ruby and Louise insist on 'magician code of honor'. In the end, Max is the one who surprises them with his own magic trick!
Louise and Ruby decide to pretend they own a salon, but Max is the customer!
Ruby tries to fly a kite.
Max wants to eat a chocolate chicken an Easter bunny left on a birdbath.
Ruby and Louise are having a rummage sale to raise money for a Bunny Scout field trip, but Max wants to keep the toys Ruby and Louise want to sell.
Max refuses to get dressed in his new suit for a party he's invited too.
It's breakfast time, and Max wants ice cream. Ruby says that nobody eats ice cream for breakfast. So Max drives off in his pedal car and goes to the only person who understands.
Ruby's Lemonade Stand. Ruby and Louise are having a lemonade stand for Bunny Scouts.
Max wants to play with a screaming, green alien-gorilla, but Ruby insists that he helps her create a snow queen to welcome Grandma. After the snow queen is finished, Max's gorilla toy has vanished. Will the bunnies find out that the alien gorilla was run over when Ruby and Max were building the snow queen and is currently inside the snow formation?
Max is full of questions when Ruby hurries to bed on Christmas Eve so that Santa Claus can come. No one ever stays up to see Santa. No one except Max.
Max gets so many presents for his birthday that he forgets to open one. So Ruby opens it for him and finds a "wind-up lobster." Max is in for the chase of his life, only he's the one being chased -- by the lobster!
At Grandma's birthday party, Ruby has invited her dolls. To get his own toys into the party, Max disguises them as Ruby's dolls. NOTE: Max does not speak in this episode.
Max wants to sled down a large hill called Rocket Run with his toboggan, but Ruby and Louise only allow Max to go on Bunny Hill, a small hill used as a sledding location for younger bunnies. What will happen?
Ruby has saved a wallet full of money to buy Grandma a music box with skating ballerinas on top for her birthday, but shopping with Max costs more than Ruby planned.
Ruby and Louise are making a Queen of Egypt tiara, and Ruby is not in her room. Max tries to look in Ruby's jewelry box, but is caught by Ruby, who doesn't want Max in her room. Will Max ever see what's inside the box?
Max cannot go to sleep, and keeps waking up in the middle of the night. His antics cause his clothes to get stained and dirty, and Ruby can't get Max to sleep. Eventually, Ruby's Walkie-Talkie Bear toy gets Max some shut-eye.
While Mrs. Huffington is out at her garden tea party in the backyard, Ruby's job is to put Baby Huffington to sleep. But Max wants to play with the Huffingtons' cuckoo clock, and the sound of the clock might wake the baby...
Ruby wants to make Grandma an 'Angel Surprise Cake with Raspberry Fluff Icing' for Grandma's birthday, but Max wants to make Grandma an earthworm cake. Ruby thinks that Grandma will like her cake best, but Grandma really appreciates both cakes!
Ruby is all ready to catch the next bus to Louise's house, but Max wants to stay home and play with his toys. Ruby tries to convince Max to come by promising to bring his toys along, but they miss bus after bus because of Max's antics. Will the bunnies arrive at Louise's safely?
Ruby wants Max to clean his room, and Max stuffs the mess into his pocket instead of placing his toys and things where they belong. What's going to happen when Ruby finds out?
Ruby wants to earn her First Aid merit badge. When Ruby tries to get her merit badge by bandaging dolls, she suggests she bandage a real person. But that real person is Max...and Max's antics cause Ruby to earn a different badge.
Ruby and Louise are bird watching but Max wants his cupcake. Later, he finds a speckled warbler, feeds it his cupcake and shows the warbler to Ruby and Louise.
Max and Ruby go to the Huffingtons' house to play while Baby Huffington is napping. Max wants to listen to the radio, starting a ruckus, and causes Baby Huffington to wake up and cry. How will the bunnies stop the baby from crying?
Max and Ruby are having a camp out but Max wants to sleep outside instead of the tent. When Max stuffs all his toys in the tent, He and Ruby are forced to sleep outside, much to his delight.
Max wants to be something scary for Halloween like a Vampire. But Ruby would rather have him a prince to go with her princess costume believing that Max will scare Grandma when they trick or treat at her house.
Max insists on Ruby reading him a scary mystery story before bed. After some hesitation, Ruby agrees to, and reads Max a story about the blue tarantula, who crawls on little bunnies at night when they are asleep and bites them, causing them to die. Max stays up all night in fear of the tarantula. Will Ruby find a way to get him to go to sleep?
Ruby and Max want to go outside to play in the rain, but Max wants to go out in his sunny day clothes. Ruby tries to get Max to put on a raincoat, but by the time both of the bunnies are ready to go out, the rain clouds have cleared and the sun is out. Can Max and Ruby still have fun in the rain? No. But they can have fun with the hose!
Ruby and Louise build a clubhouse, but Max thinks he can sneak in just because Ruby and Louise are not in the clubhouse. Later, Ruby builds Max his own clubhouse.NOTE: This is one of few instances that Ruby's passion is used against her rather than dovetailing with Max's.
Max isn't eager he'll like his breakfast, a bunny-side-up egg, and wants strawberries instead. Ruby is distracted when Max tries attempts to hide his egg.
Ruby decides to start a collection of leaves, and really wants to find a rare leaf known as the big tooth aspen leaf. But Max keeps getting in the way of finding the leaf. Will Ruby be able to complete her collection?

Ruby can't wait for the phone to ring, because Louise has a big secret to tell her. But when the phone finally rings, Max chooses that exact time to play with his loud toys.
Ruby wants to plant marigolds in a garden but its the same place Max has chosen to make a "worm cake", a mud-pie consisting of soaked soil, stones, and worms. He uses all her marigold-planting materials in his worm cake, but then he gives the worm cake back to Ruby, where it's used for a good cause.
Ruby tries to teach Max to play Hide-and-Seek, but when they play, Max is too little to understand the rules and he does not want to give Ruby a turn to hide. When Ruby unsuccessfully tries to explain to him that it is her turn to hide since Max already had a turn, Max takes his chances to hide when Ruby isn't looking.
Ruby has a piano practice, and Max can't find his fire truck. Ruby then tries to make Max play with different toys but at the end Ruby realizes that Max's fire truck must have been in the piano the whole time.
Max is still hungry after his lunch is all over him instead of in him, and Ruby decides to give him a bath, but unfortunately, he uses sherbet tubs and a grape juice glass as a boat, and that manages to get him dirtier than before, so Ruby gives him a shower. After his shower, he points out that Ruby's clothes have been stained, meaning she needs to wash now.
Max can't sleep until he finds his red rubber elephant. Later, he spies it must have been under his bed the whole time.NOTE: At the end, Max says "Good Night, Ruby." This is one of two instances that Max speaks a full sentence.
