Cheyenne is an American western television series of 108 black-and-white episodes broadcast on ABC from 1955 to 1963. The show was the first hour-long western, and in fact the first hour-long dramatic series of any kind, with continuing characters, to last more than one season. It was also the first series to be made by a major Hollywood film studio which did not derive from its established film properties, and the first of a long chain of Warner Brothers original series produced by William T. Orr.

"Duel at Judas Basin" combines the trinity of Cheyenne, Bronco, and Sugarfoot in one episode. This 'summit meeting' provides an exciting episode for young fans knowing that the bad guys didn't have a chance. But one gets framed for murder, jailed and broken out; another is working undercover to infiltrate the bad guys, is almost taken prisoner, gets away, and all the while Cheyenne has to hold it all together as the three fight the local law, Crazy Horse and the bad guys.

An Apache woman named Alleah is to be tortured to death for marrying a white man. Cheyenne helps her to escape and the angry Apaches ride to attack a nearby mining settlement in retaliation.
