My Kitchen Rules is an Australian competitive cooking game show broadcast on the Seven Network since 2010. The series is produced by the team who created the Seven reality show My Restaurant Rules, and was put into production based on the success of Network Ten's MasterChef Australia. My Kitchen Rules has just been renewed by the Seven Network for a fifth series.

2010 / TV-GAfter a one-year hiatus, the popular program is returning for its 12th season in 2022 with some big changes but still plenty of drama and delicious dishes. Feildel will be returning, joined by none other than British cooking royalty, Nigella Lawson. Former MasterChef Australia judge Matt Preston has also been announced as another judge. Colin Fassnidge, who has been a guest judge on MKR over the years, will be returning to do just that. Plus, Curtis Stone is also joining as a guest judge.
