All Grown Up! is an animated television series created by Arlene Klasky and Gábor Csupó for Nickelodeon. After the success of All Growed Up, the Rugrats 10th anniversary special, Nickelodeon commissioned All Grown Up! as a spin-off series based on the episode. The series ran from April 12, 2003 to August 17, 2008, and currently airs in reruns on Nickelodeon and Nicktoons. The show aired in reruns on The N from August 18, 2003 until November 12, 2005, it was dropped from the channel on February 2006, but then returned in April 2007 until June 25, 2009, then on July 7, 2009, All Grown Up! was dropped from The N again. The show's premise is that the characters of the Rugrats are ten years older. Tommy, Dil, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Kimi, Angelica and Susie now have to deal with teen and pre-teen issues and situations. It was the first Nicktoon spin-off receiving positive review among critics, and developed a cult following after its run.

All Grown Up! Season 4 Full Episode Guide
Phil has a crush on Lil's best friend and soccer teammate Wally they start hanging out more often, making Lil feel out of the loop. So Lil develops a plan to pull them apart. Phil and Wally's relationship fell apart when Lil told Wally that he does not like her. When Phil finds out that Lil lied to Wally, he becomes upset at his sister.
Phil falls for the captain of the school soccer team. Meanwhile, Vice-Principal Pangborn asks Dil, Tommy, and Chuckie to hang around with his nephew, who turns out to be irritating and annoying.
When the gang sneaks into a PG-13 movie at the mall, Angelica catches them, and she has excellent blackmail fodder. The mall then closes with them locked inside with two robbers. Chuckie imitates the main character of the movie they just saw and saves the day.
Tommy is getting annoyed by Dil's eccentric behavior, and he wants some space from his little brother. When the gang visits the Cirque Extravaganza Day Camp, Dil meets a whole group of kids who are just as eccentric as heÿis who invite him to join their troupe permanently. Will he choose his new circus friends over Tommy?
Angelica falls for Darryl, but she gets too nervous to talk to him whenever he is around. Her mom loses her CEO job and decides to become a full-time mom. Then, they get stranded together on a sail boat on the same day as Darryl's rock concert.
Susie trains Harold to help him get a date with Angelica. He soon becomes the most wanted boy in school.
As Phil and Lil's birthday nears, the twins realize that they are more different from each other than they think. Phil is getting to like girls, and Lil is wearing a pink training bra. After a shocking incident, they decide to have separate parties for the boys and the girls as they try to out-prank each other.
Tommy attends a Hebrew school to prepare for his bar mitzvah. While there, he meets Rachel, and falls deeply in love with her. After a while he lies and says that his father, Stu is a rabbi but at the Hebrew School Picnic Rachel finds out and they find out they are both working on the same house.
When Susie gets chosen to sing at a big parade in New York City, the tweenage Rugrats hit the road with their moms on a cross country trip! Will Betty's clunky old motor home be able to make it to NYC and see all the stops along the way (like the world's biggest ball of yarn)? Will Tommy and his pals go crazy from lack of video games and TV? Will Chuckie finally get kissed?
