Its time to go to the beach! Hamilton has built a cardboard box car and wants to drive there rather than riding along with his friends. It's very windy - a perfect day for kite-flying, if they only had a kite. Maggie and Hamilton start to build one, and the Beast wants to help out, but he's not very good with strings and tape. In the end however it's the Beast who saves the day by contributing his spots to make the tail.
Tired out from playing, Hamilton announces that it's nap time. They lie down, they toss and turn... they just can't seem to fall asleep! Maggie's got a magic snow globe that makes it snow in Nowhere Land! The three friends build a snowman, who comes to life as the very jovial Mr. Shivers. When the sun comes out they must escort Mr. Shivers to the top of Highest Mountain, where it's always snowy and he won't have to worry about melting.
The Beast has a big scare when he sees a mouse! Maggie and Hamilton make friends with Pippi the mouse who, it turns out, is just as scared of the Beast as the Beast is of him. Once they get to know each other, however, they aren't scared anymore, and the Beast gives Pippi a ride back to his home in Cheese Land.

Hamilton solves the problem by re-dying them back the way they were.
