The boys are joined by Michail Antonio, Hannah Waddingham, Jonathan Ross and Guz Khan for another action-packed week of sports-based mayhem.
Joining the ALOTO boys this week as guest captain of the Blue team is former Manchester United and France defender Patrice Evra, alongside Richard Ayoade, Angela Scanlon and Jimmy Carr. They'll have their skills tested as a cannon fires footballs at them, and Jamie and Micah attempt to hang on for as long as possible during a reverse bungee.
Joining the ALOTO boys this week as guest captain of the Blue team is Man City and England defender Kyle Walker alongside comedians Russell Howard, Maisie Adam and David Walliams. Together, they'll be testing their football diving header ability before being put to the test by the World's Strongest Woman, Rebecca Roberts.
Aaron Ramsdale, Michael Sheen, Alex Brooker and Emily Atack join host Romesh Ranganathan and regulars Micah Richards and Jamie Redknapp.
Joining the ALOTO boys this week are Olympic champion and cycling legend Laura Kenny alongside Joel Dommett, Jimmy Carr and Maisie Adam. Together they'll take on a human croquet assault course and see how Jamie, Jimmy and Joel got on racing Formula 1 cars at Circuit Paul Ricard.
Joining the ALOTO boys this week as team captain is Manchester United and England legend Gary Neville, along with panellists Joel Dommett, Dara O Briain and Katherine Ryan. Together, they'll see how Jamie, Micah and Joel got on when they were set the challenge of racing Formula 1 cars at Silverstone and take on a demolition derby assault course.
Joining the boys this week are West Ham and England midfielder Declan Rice, comedians Josh Widdicombe and Jo Brand and BBC Radio 1's Jordan North. Together, they'll put Declan's first touch to the ultimate test, walk on flaming hot coals and even perform a hip hop classic with Rice as frontman.
