Connor and Wendell loose the school's Spirit Egg and assume the rival school stole it. The two infiltrate the rival school, only to find themselves trapped. Meanwhile, Franklin is chosen to take care of the Spirit Egg and he takes it too far.
When Wendell's life falls apart from playing too much Puddin' Party, a cheesy, kids' phone game, Conor and the rest of the crew go to extreme lengths to break him of his lame obsession.
The gang forms a gaming club that gets them out of gym class. Wendell goes to great lengths to sneak into the library to return a book he borrowed in the first grade.
Conor wants to get his pro card back, so he recruits new classmates Franklin, Wendell and Ashley to play the game for him. But, a failed attempt to ditch school early to practice lands them in detention with a tough teacher.
