Poor Rory is facing up to the truth that his uncle Matt is actually his dad. He makes a surprise visit to ask him in person but Matt knows he must tread carefully. Yasmin can't believe she's pregnant and is unsure whether to tell Cash. Joly urges her to come clean and Yasmin plans a special meal for two to break the news. Oliver's lost his wallet. He could have only left it at one place - seductive Vanya's apartment. Retrieving it is fraught with peril. Will he be able to keep the maneater at bay? Matt and Alison are in a panic - Rory is missing. The police are called in and a full search is started, but Cash is the surprise hero of the day when he returns with the boy. Cash's future within the family now looks assured. Sexy Anika is teaching Will and the other "Beevor" boys the tricks of the trade. If they want to keep their clientele happy they have to learn how to work it. When Will comes on strong to Anika she rebuffs his advances - but for how long? When Oliver turns up to retrieve his wallet from Vanya, she doesn't disappoint him. Passion takes hold as they devour each other - and Anika's forgotten. As Yasmin waits for Cash she makes a horrific discovery - it wasn't Woody who killed Seb, it was Cash. It's not long before she's worked out he killed Woody too. Yasmin's trapped as Cash returns ready to celebrate - his mood swiftly turns when she confronts him. Will Yasmin escape or is she going to be next on Cash's hit list?
In a set up by Cash, Yasmin makes a shock "discovery" when she finds Woody dead in his flat – it looks like suicide. But why? DI Davenport is the first to the scene when Yasmin reports her grisly find. He is convinced Cash is involved in the death somehow but with no proof and Cash using Yasmin as an alibi there is nothing he can do - yet. Eager Beevors is thriving and its top client Martin has an offer Anika just can't refuse. He wants 10% commission on new business and will give them access to his address book which is stuffed full of London's socialites. Anika just can't resist. Spurred on by Joly, Matt calls a family law solicitor in order to gain access to his son Rory. But when he finds out the court will scrutinise every inch of his past, Matt despairs. An exotic new client, Vanya, requests the services of Eager Beevors and when Tristan returns from his appointment with her, he can't stop boasting about her insatiable appetite leaving Ollie intrigued. Alison vents her upset and frustration on husband Pete, she's adamant she won't give up Rory without a fight. Little Rory overhears everything and sets out to find out truth for himself. Yasmin is bombshelled again when DI Davenport tells her the contents of Woody's suicide note. Cash feigns shock too, triumphant his plan seems to have worked. It looks like the chapter is closed but Yasmin's rollercoaster ride isn't over yet...
Woody is full of guilt over Seb's brutal murder and begins to confess to Yasmin. He's caught in the act by Cash who's now convinced he's too dangerous to have around. Meanwhile Matt tells Alison that he wants his son Rory to know the truth about his family. He invites her and husband Pete for dinner with him and Joly but things end disastrously when Alison forbids Matt from seeing Rory entirely. Matt and Joly have got a fight on their hands. Chanel steps up her demands on Rees. Not content with stealing Lizzy's man she now wants her job as well - so what's Rees going to do about it? Meanwhile Rees has a shock in store when he discovers Lizzy's not what she seems... Artists Malcolm and Martin are very impressed with the service they received from Eager Beevors. In fact they've spread the word and Anika and Ollie are urgently having to satisfy all the new demands by recruiting more staff. As the interviews for Eager Beevors progress it's clear to the candidates the work requirements are aimed well below the belt. This doesn't seem to deter new recruits Tristan and Will who are only too happy to be on Anika's pay roll and will do whatever is asked of them. Cash tricks Woody in to taking the rap for Seb's murder by faking a suicide note admitting everything. Woody is convinced he's heading for a new life in Spain but heartless Cash has other plans for his 'best friend'.
It's the morning after Matt and Joly's wedding and Matt is relieved Joly finally knows the truth and has chosen to stand by him. But will Rees and Yasmin feel the same way? It is the day of Seb Webb's funeral and Cash is adamant that both he and Woody should accompany Yasmin. Woody's in agonies of guilt, Seb's murder is really getting to him, he doesn't know much more he can take. Cash sneaks a visit to Seb's grave to gloat, but is alarmed to come face to face with DI Davenport - always just one step behind him. Meanwhile Oliver and Anika have set up a new business venture called "Eager Beevors" - a high class cleaning agency for discerning clientele. What starts out as a straightforward business idea soon develops in to something more when they meet oddballs Malcolm and Martin and realise there's a market for domestic service with a twist. Now that Rees and Chanel are back together, Rees needs to tell Lizzy it's over between them. When Rees is beaten to it by Lizzy his relief is shortlived. Lizzy's disgusted to discover he's been two-timing her. Yasmin's furious when she catches Cash rummaging through Seb's belongings. Cash can't hide his jealousy and tempers flare in an ugly row. Yasmin's freaked by his behaviour - it looks like Cash's promises were short lived. When Woody dares criticise Cash's behaviour, Cash flips - it's the final straw. Has Woody just signed his own death warrant?
It's the day of Joly and Matt's wedding and the mood is jubilant. Whilst Yasmin and Chanel help get Joly ready for her big day, Rees as best man, is doing his best to settle Matt's nerves. Bruno is stopped in his tracks when his private investigator gives him the juicy details on Matt. It's worse than he could've ever imagined. However, his daughter Angelica disappears on a walk in the park with pregnant partner Lucy. Bruno's torn - he has to find her, but he must stop the wedding. Will he make it in time? As a radiant Joly steps out of the wedding car, Matt sheds a tear - he is about to marry the woman of his dreams. But his moment is shattered when he sees Joly has invited his mum. He didn't know they'd even met - has she told Joly the truth about his past? Chanel's invited thuggish boyfriend Jimmy to the reception to make Rees feel jealous. Things soon get out of hand when he tries to force himself on her in the backyard. Rees rushes to the rescue but it's Cash who proves a match for Jimmy. He plays the hero, ensuring Jimmy won't hurt Chanel again and scoring big brownie points all around. When Bruno finally turns up at the reception he gives Matt an ultimatum - tell Joly the truth, or he will. Matt knows what he's got to do - but is he going to end up losing everything?
It's congratulations all round for Matt and Joly as they celebrate their engagement. Rees is delighted, at last he's going to have a proper family, while his sister Yasmin has ex boyfriend Cash on her mind. Should she rekindle their passionate but dangerous relationship? Meanwhile Woody is in a panic - certain the police are on to him for Seb's murder. He is not the only one getting worried - Cash receives an unexpected visit from DI Davenport with a search warrant. Is the net closing in? Who is this woman Alison and child Rory that Matt slips away to secretly visit? Why is Alison so upset when Matt wants to tell Joly "the truth"? The kitchen's steaming with Rees' desire for waitress Lizzy. He can't wait to get her into bed but she's playing hard to get. He attempts seduction in the store cupboard but is left with egg on his face when Canteen almost goes up in flames. Bruno is convinced that Matt is after Joly's money - but how can he prove it? He suggests a quiet drink with reluctant Matt to find out more. As the two men psyche each other out - Bruno smells a rat and decides to find out more - engaging the service of a private detective. Meanwhile, Joly makes a sly trip of her own to visit Matt's mum in the nursing home in an attempt to make sense of the secrets that surround him. What she discovers turns her world upside down. Will she go ahead with the marriage plans? Cash turns up at Canteen - he wants Yasmin to bring their relationship out in the open but first he has to win over Joly, who is still furious with him for locking Rees in the deep freeze. Charming Cash has a way with words and soon even Joly is giving him the second chance Yasmin thinks he deserves.
It's the morning after Matt turned down Joly's marriage proposal and things are tense between them. Matt claims their relationship is moving too fast and Joly resigns herself to the status quo. Matt is going to visit his mum at her nursing home but rejects Joly's offer to accompany him. Jeanette is getting stage fright at the thought of the national "Awakenings" tour that Oliver and Anika have planned. She confides the truth about her "sexual healing" to Darius. He's shocked but adamant she should go ahead with their plans. Meanwhile Anika and Ollie are exploiting the merchandising potential to the full, eager to make a big killing. It's time for her opening show and Jeanette is petrified - scared she will be revealed as a fraud in front of a packed audience. However she manages to overcome her nerves and when Miranda, a patient with Multiple Sclerosis, claims to be cured, she is thrilled. However, the thrill turns to horror when Miranda turns out to be an undercover journalist and exposes the extent of the scam. Anika and Ollie disappear, leaving a distraught Jeanette to face the wrath of the crowd. Yasmin drops a clanger with Joly when she lets on she saw Matt with a huge bunch of roses. Joly is troubled - he said he was visiting his mum in Sheffield. Why would he lie? Has he got another woman? Cash is pulling out all the stops in an effort to woo back Yas. He convinces her that things will be different this time, he'll really look after her. Yas is touched by his efforts - maybe it's time to move on from Seb? Perhaps Cash will finally get what he wants. Matt arrives home to a furious Joly who demands to know the truth. He convinces her that he just needed time to think over her proposal but he's made his decision. Will it be what Joly is expecting? Darius reassures Jeanette's faith in mankind with a surprise outcome to the "Awakenings" debacle.
Anika Beevor is eager to exploit her new "Healing Hands" business with Jeanette Dunkley and drags Jeanette and Darius off to the hospital - she has paying customers and they want results. But Jeanette is in for a shock. The trial patient Alex is a woman - how can Jeanette use her 'special stimulus programme' on a female?! Just when Cash thinks he's in the clear for Seb Webb's murder, two detectives turn up to question him. But he's got his alibi well prepared and the detectives are reluctantly forced to leave. If they want to nail him for this they are going to have to work hard. Bruno is devastated wife Lucy has left him and turns up drunk at the Canteen. When Joly tries to kick him out, he refuses to budge - how dare she when the whole place was built with his cash? Matt steps in, but when Bruno gets physical, Matt bows out. Joly is disappointed and furious. Why isn't he defending her? He calls himself a man? Jeanette is feeling the pressure - her attempts to bring Alex back from a coma are not working and she is about to be exposed as a fraud. Meanwhile Darius decides to help her and feigns a mini-miracle. Jeanette is utterly grateful and the two grow closer. Perhaps their bond is blossoming into an unlikely romance? Things seem to be going very well indeed for Rees and Lizzy until things get passionate back at the flat. Lizzy wants to slow things down - but can Rees wait? Matt's giving Joly the cold shoulder until she apologises with a proposal of marriage. He backs away from her offer - is this a simple rejection, or is something bigger going on here? Poor Joly is devastated and confused.
Yasmin is distraught over Seb's death and is being comforted by her family. She can't believe he has been viciously murdered - who would do that? Meanwhile, her guilty lover Cash is calmly destroying any evidence that will tie him to Seb's murder - Yasmin must never discover the truth. Darius is devastated to hear about Seb's death. He is comforted by Shannon and her new boyfriend Callum who are interested to hear about Jeanette Dunkley's healing abilities. Perhaps she can get rid of Callum's mum Trisha's cancer? Both Jeanette and Trisha are equally as reluctant to get involved as this could ruin both of their scams. They will have to conjure up a plan quickly before their loved ones find out the truth. Cash's sidekick Woody is in a sweat. He never meant to kill Seb, just rob his car. Whilst Woody is winding himself up, Cash is keeping his cool - all's fair in love and war. Joly and Matt are so proud of their new business venture and Joly can't wait to have both their names up on the licence plate but Matt is surprisingly reluctant to have his on it. Why is he being so evasive? Sparks are flying in the brasserie's kitchen between Rees and Lizzy. But Chanel soon puts a stop to their flirting. For someone who claims not to care about Rees, she is certainly taking an active interest in his love life. It is the official opening party and Joly is thrilled her long lost friend X Factor's Rowetta, is able to officially kick things off for Canteen. Cash makes an unwelcome appearance at the party with a stunning antique necklace for Yas in the hope of winning her back. But where did he get it - and will Yasmin say yes? Desperate to cover his tracks, Cash is forced to torch his car when he discovers the police are closing in.
Yasmin is busy juggling Seb and Cash. She's got to sort this mess out but when family tragedy strikes Seb - it proves impossible. Jeanette and Darius' new home care arrangements seem to be working out very well indeed. As are Anika and Oliver's plans to market Jeanette's healing abilities - they've even booked a camera crew to shoot an ad and Jeanette can't wait to glam herself up. Rees is surprised to see Matt embracing a mystery woman in the park. Matt told everyone he was off to the wine merchant. Who is the woman and why is he lying? Footballers' wife Shannon Lawson visits recovering Darius with her new boyfriend Callum. Darius is thrilled to see Shannon but gutted when he discovers Callum has taken over his role as Sparks' top striker - and is Shannon's new squeeze. Yas lies when she vows it's all over with Seb to Cash. She thinks she's got away with it but Cash is out stalking her every move and decides to sort things out - his way. Joly welcomes new waitress Lizzy to the brasserie. Lizzy can't keep her eyes off Rees and it looks like the interest could be mutual. Unbeknownst to Seb, his days are numbered now Cash has got it in for him. What Cash wants, Cash gets - and there's no way he's sharing Yas with Seb. On a mercy-dash to the hospital Seb drives straight into a trap. Darius is enjoying the ministrations of Nurse Dunkley and it's not long before her techniques prove irresistible. The age gap shrinks into insignificance as she convinces Darius - only she can love him now.
Whoops! Yasmin shagged Cash on her living room floor whilst her boyfriend Seb slept next door. Luckily, hangover Seb doesn't suspect a thing, but he would have to be blind not to notice the cut on her lip caused by an overabundance of passion. He assumes that he must have hit her when he was drunk the night before and is mortified when she confirms that it was him. Seb is hugely apologetic and, although it allows Yas out of a tight corner, it does leave her feeling very guilty. But there's another shock in store for Seb when he leaves the flat and sees Cash's very distinctive yellow sports car. Chanel wakes to find Rees in her bed gazing at her like a love sick puppy - he's got to stop that - it's enough to make her puke. But soon the flat is full of the sounds of a loud argument as Seb arrives back to confront Yasmin about Cash. She hands Seb the keys for the sports car and he is forced to explain that he bought it for Cash in exchange for him promising to leave Yasmin alone. Yas is furious - she can't believe Seb swapped her for a car! Anika wants to strike a deal with miracle healer Nurse Dunkley. She and Oliver want to act as her managers and market her "healing hands" by making a DVD called "Awakening with Jeanette" - she could be bigger than Jesus! The whiff of money certainly gets the naughty nurse's attention, but how can she pull it off? And of course, she also has her other patients to think about, namely Darius. The young striker has hit rock bottom - without football he's nothing. Luckily, Jeanette seems to be more than eager to look after his needs. Now she's his personal carer, she'll be on hand whenever he wants. And it isn't long before Darius is pleading with her to lay her healing hands on him. Thanks to his drunken and drug fuelled antics at the hospital, Seb has been dumped by City. He turns up at Garry's office and pleads with him to help - he'll work for half-pay, play for the reserves - anything for a second chance. Garry's not interested. As far as he's concerned, the only person Seb has to blame for the mess his life has become is himself. Garry has set Anika and fully fit Oliver up in a luxury flat. He's impressed by the way that Oliver has sorted himself out and kicked the coke and the flat is his reward - he's even put Oliver's name on the deeds so it's his for keeps. Oliver and Anika are happy to oblige - they can flog the place and use it to finance "Awakenings"! Rees is depressed when he learns that Chanel is seeing her ex, Jimmy, but his feelings of jealousy turn into something else entirely when he witnesses just how badly Jimmy treats her. Afterwards, Rees has it out with Chanel, he can't believe she would rather someone like Jimmy treat her like shit when Rees himself would treat her like a princess. But as Chanel is quick to point out, she wants a man, not a love sick little boy. Seb is amused by Rees's obsession with Chanel - he's got the perfect relationship if only he could see it - no ties, no commitments and plenty of sex! Yasmin goes to confront Cash about the sports car. She knows he's bad news, but within minutes of walking into his flat, she's in bed with him. She resolves to finish her relationship with Seb until she discovers that he's been sacked by City. Now he's lost everything he needs her more than ever. Yas is torn - what is she going to do?
Seb is down in the dumps after being shafted from Earls Park, now he can't even get on the bench at City. In a bid to cheer himself up, he decides to get wasted, only thing is, Yasmin's not interested and instead, gives him a long lecture about how he should be putting all of his efforts into impressing his new boss. And anyway, even playing for City he earns more in a week than most people earn in a year - it's time for him to put up and shut up. Seb starts to phone around, but he soon discovers that nobody is interested in hearing from a has-been. Funny how the "hangers-on" disappear the moment you're dropped from the Premiership! It's a miracle! Coma victim Oliver is awake and now sitting up in bed, proof that Nurse Dunkley really does have healing hands. Luckily for Oliver, he can't remember anything about her very peculiar methods beyond the odd, very confusing flashback. But he's got more important things on his mind, namely, how he's going to support himself and Anika now that his so-called friend Ed has run Chukka Ent. into the ground. It's official, Matt and Joly are a team. They're going into business together, opening a restaurant. With his fantastic reputation as a top chef and her business mind and front of house skills, it can't fail. Matt excitedly shows Joly the premises he has found. It needs a lot of work, but this is it - their future. Although Joly is excited, she's still preoccupied with the fact that Yasmin still refuses to talk to her. But Matt's got an idea that might work to get Joly back in favour with her kids, beginning with offering Rees the role of second-in-command in the kitchen. Rees is ecstatic and Joly is made up for him, if only she could get Yasmin to work at the restaurant too. Now that Joly's gone, there's a spare room in the twin's flat and Yasmin doesn't waste any time in offering it to Chanel. Although she's well up for the idea of living in her best mate's luxury apartment, Chanel is a bit concerned about how Rees is going to handle the idea - it's obvious he's head over heels in love with her. But Yas is insistent and before long, the girls head back to the estate to pick up Chanel's gear. As she's struggling across the catwalk with Chanel's toolkit, Yasmin spots a familiar face from the past amongst a passing funeral cortege - it's her ex, Cash. Anika is delighted that Oliver had been brought back from the brink and can't thank Nurse Dunkley enough. Neither can Oliver's father, Garry who presents her with a huge bouquet of roses and an envelope full of cash to prove his gratitude. Never one to miss an opportunity, Garry has also turned up with half of Fleet Street in tow and plans to milk his son's miracle recovery to the full. But his story backfires when Anika tells them the truth - only the other day, Garry Ryan wanted to turn his son's life support machine off. Seb and Darius are both depressed - kicked out of Earls Park and with no future prospects, life is grim. But when Seb visits Darius in hospital they lose their minds on a mix of vodka, morphine and cocaine. Soon their day becomes a riot of pumping music, Class A drugs and a high speed wheelchair race down the hospital corridors. Life never seemed so good... right until the moment when a high-speed collision with Garry Ryan brings them crashing back to reality. Garry was being photographed by the press handing over a vast cheque to the children's ward and he's livid. Darius and Seb both need teaching a lesson! Although she knows he's bad news, Yasmin is worried about Cash when she discovers that his dad has just died and can't stop thinking about him. It doesn't help that she's completely losing interest in Seb who arrives home from the hospital drunk, coked up to the eyeballs and in an aggressive mood. Later, when he's crashed out, there's a knock at the door - it's Cash! Yasmin knows that she shouldn't give into temptation, but she can't help it and in a matter of seconds, they're ripping each other's clothes off.
It is three months since the accident and Anika is praying that her boyfriend Oliver will wake from his coma. Oliver is stuck on a life support machine after the car crash that killed Michelle but at least it means he's off the coke. Sinister Nurse Dunkley can't believe her eyes when she spots Anika at Oliver's bedside - she's the spitting image of her older sister Tanya Turner. The once 'hot new talent' of Earls Park, Seb Webb, is fighting to stay out of Division Two after being dumped from the Premiership and sold to ailing City. His girlfriend, Yasmin, turns up at the City training ground to watch her man play after a holiday abroad with her best friend, Chanel. But when Seb gets tackled by one of his team-mates, Yasmin can't resist having a go and soon the fists are flying as she and another female spectator come to blows. Later, she and Seb argue about the incident and their relationship - Yasmin is fast losing interest in Seb and the constant self-pity trip he's been on ever since being dumped by Earls Park. Yasmin and Rees are furious with their mum Joly when she drops her latest bombshell - she and Bruno never divorced - they're his legitimate kids after all. Yasmin can't believe that her mum brought them up in poverty on a rough council estate when they could have been living a life of luxury with Bruno. Unable to take her mother's lies anymore, she chucks her out of the flat. At least Joly can count on the welcoming arms of Matt. Together, they move into a hotel as a temporary measure. Rees is mad about Yasmin's feisty mate Chanel. She's a man magnet and with her fun-size stature and good time attitude, there's nothing she likes better than a good bonk, and Rees is bowled over when she suggests a quickie in the back seat of her clapped out car. But Chanel isn't interested in a relationship - she just wants a regular shag. Oliver's dad, Earls Park Chairman Garry Ryan is sick of prolonging the inevitable and decides it's time to turn his son's life support machine off. Anika is distraught, she can't believe Garry could be so heartless, but as long as the doctors insist that Oliver is never going to recover, there's nothing she can do. In desperation, she begs for Nurse Dunkley's help. During Oliver's next bed bath, Dunkley puts her magical healing hands into action and with the aid of a rolled up towel, manages to stir him out of his coma
