Bajillion Dollar Propertie$ Season 3 Full Episode Guide
The brokers reel from Dean's collapse and wonder about their future at his book release party. None are prepared for the game-changing news they're about to receive.
The Bros add a third agent, Rocket Jackson, to their twosome for a sexually charged home viewing. Chelsea sells to skittish animal attack survivor Huck, and famed photographer Uncle Jerry returns to Platinum. Dean finally announces the winning book foreword writer.
Platinum is cursed by a haunted doll Sarabeth, who forms a bond with Victoria. Amir tries to breakdown the always positive DJ, who has important business with Dean. Meanwhile, Glenn reckons with Maximilian Blanc, an eccentric with a spooky estate and a pack of robbers target Glenn’s open house.
Chelsea and Baxter hire Dean to manage their new folk duo, and he books them on TV's The Real Estate show. Glenn sells to Objectophile Sabra, and Victoria deals with food-obsessed Gerald.
Chelsea, Victoria and Baxter learn emergency protocol, Amir needs client Eric to pass a biology test before the sale and Andrew sells to author Merry Capshaw, who narrates her every thought.
New Chelsea struggles with her tech detox, which unfortunately conflicts with Dean’s social media needs. The Bros land guitarist client Zars St. Lars, but she won’t stop talking about her one claim to fame. Amir tries to get a house approved by a bribing inspector.
The Bros are still feuding and their unprofessional behavior is driving Platinum crazy. Victoria sells to a group of tracksuited women, while Dean spars with his publisher Gwentolyn Swanson over his outrageously long manuscript.
Dean will let one select broker write a foreword to his upcoming memoir and hires his son DJ to babysit while he writes; Amir has a surefire buyer, as soon as he gets the front door open.
