The show is currently on hiatus, so it is unknown if VH1 will re-air the show and begin with a second season. Except for a different title and usage of celebrities, the VH1 show is identical to MTV's Fear. The show since been released and available on iTunes and Xbox Live. All eight episodes are also available for free streaming on Hulu.

Rachel Hunter, Ethan Zohn, Godfrey, Tony Little, and Traci Bingham investigate the paranormal at a haunted Connecticut asylum. It is the site of mental patient Nell Marley's suicide, supposedly as a result of her possession by a spirit named Pearl.
Gary Busey, Donna D'Errico, Toccara Jones, Jenna Morasca, and Hal Sparks visit the Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Kentucky, to investigate ghost sightings. The abandoned hospital, built to house tuberculosis patients and reportedly the site of thousands of deaths, is considered to be one of the most haunted hospitals in the United States.
