Fishing Impossible Season 1 Full Episode Guide
The team heads to Norway on a mission to catch a king crab. The only problem is, they are the wrong side of the Arctic Circle, where crabs can only be found under the winter ice - so to catch one, they must cut a hole, jump into the freeing water, and catch one by hand. Last in the series.
The lads hunt for fish from the legendary wrecks of Scapa Flow, but the ling that they are trying to catch will be hiding deep down in the ice cold water, leaving the fisherman having to work out how to get at them, and then how to catch them.
Charles Butcher, Jason Lewis, Thomas Hird and Julian Jones head to Laos in search of the devil catfish, feared and revered in equal measure. They travel to the mighty Mekong River, but to stand any chance of catching one, they have to find the perfect spot and use the perfect bait.
The team heads to Thailand to find one of the true monsters of the deep - the giant moray eel, aided by the Sea Gypsies, Thailand's famous spear-fishing legends. To maximise their chances of success they freedive to the sea floor, where the eel feels most at home.
Charles Butcher, Jason Lewis and Thomas Hird are in South Africa in search of sharks, hoping to lure these predators close enough to their boat to catch and tag them. Blowfish is hoping to avoid using chum and instead thinks he can attract the sharks through the power of science and music.
The team is in Kenya in search of the Nile Perch. To catch it, the anglers must endure a 500-kilometre, bone-shaking drive to Lake Turkana across some of Kenya's toughest terrain, braving torrential downpours, sandstorms and the desert heat.
The team hunts for the Patagonian Toothfish. They want to be the first recreational anglers to take on this delicacy, but they live 2km deep in the freezing southern Atlantic Ocean, so their trusty fishing rods are no use.
The team embark on a mission off the coast of Peru, with marine biologist Blowfish aiming to prove that big squid are misunderstood - by donning a scuba tank and chainmail suit to catch a Humboldt Squid by hand.
The guys head to the The Bahamas in search of the invasive Lionfish. They are wreaking havoc on native species. They are highly venomous and live deep in the reefs making them impossible to catch on rod and line. The guys must work out a way to remove as many as they can without being stung.
The team head to British Columbia in search of the elusive Coho Salmon, but standing in their way are dozens of hungry grizzly bears intent on fattening themselves up before winter sets in. The trio must work out a way to catch a Coho without ending up as dinner for the bears.
