A team of experts sets out to make them look and feel more youthful, with an action plan which could include anything from chemical peels and nose surgery, to new teeth, new clothes and new hair. With the help of a different team of experts each episode, Nicky has just 10 days to tackle everything the ageing process has to offer, from crow's feet, dark circles under the eyes and a lacklustre grey looking complexion to bad teeth, lifeless hair and often a less than flattering wardrobe.
