After many years of moving around in Stockholm it is time for Aleks to return home to Malmö to create a stable environment for himself and his two daughters. And finally Aleks gets to do exactly what he wants! The apartment at Gamla Väster will undergo a total makeover and become a vivid colour explosion where the social spaces are at the core - very far from the white homes he has lived in before. But to go his own way turns out to be a lot more difficult than Aleks had imaged.
When Jette heard that the incredible Villa Solbacken from the 1880’s were to be torn down, she put in an offer and bought it! But the old summer house outside Sundsvall could not remain there - no problem, because Jette wants to live down in Blekinge anyway. For the old house it becomes a sensational trip about 1000 km south and for Jette it’s a dream come true - if she manages to pull it off!
After numerous apartment renovations in Stockholm, Gabriel and Elin have now found their dream house - one of the desirable small row houses in Gamla Enskede. The plan is to enhance the historical values of the house but since it has such a small footprint Gabriel and Elin also want to dig into the basement to maximise the space - but then Gert sounds a note of warning!
After a desperate search for a house in their home town of Malmö, Imad and Nathalie changed their search criteria - and suddenly they had bought an entire property in nearby Landskrona instead! With a starting point of no walls, floors or roof, this old factory ruin and the adjoining tied cottage is going to become Gustav’s dream home - and a meeting spot out in the open.
