The charity fashion show proves a success for Helen Bramley and the Newcastle staff, while Chief Purser Bob Brain gets a birthday surprise. Things do not go so well for a passenger at Luton who manages to miss her flight three times - which is bad news for her boyfriend, who is waiting in Paris to propose. Last in the series.
Helen Bramley struggles to recruit workmates to appear in a charity fashion show. Jane Peach waits anxiously to see if all the passengers for an overbooked flight to Athens turn up, and Giorgie Horton learns whether she's been accepted onto the training scheme.
Gary Campbell is concerned a stag group will cause trouble at Liverpool Airport, but the men end up playing kiss-chase with the staff. Meanwhile, Leo Jones struggles to communicate with two Japanese passengers who have missed their flight, and a man worries he has been stood up by his Lithuanian date.
A couple plan to fly to Spain for the weekend from Liverpool, but are directed to the wrong part of the airport and miss the flight. The company representative tells them they can't set off until the next day, leaving them with less than 24 hours when they land in Alicante.
Airport staff in Luton are unable to get into work because of blizzards. Vivian Ross explains that a series of cancelled flights has left him stuck in Zurich for two days and unable to get back to complete the sale of his house, and Liverpool supervisor Margaret Nile tries to play fairy godmother.
A Newcastle passenger proposes a devious ruse to get his son aboard his holiday flight without a passport, and at Luton Leo Jones faces an angry mob from Belfast that has missed its connection to Paris. A Somali family runs into visa problems at Liverpool as it tries to get to Switzerland.
Luton manager Leo Jones gets involved in a life-or-death struggle to save three tropical fish, while two Pentecostal ministers in Liverpool rely on a little miracle to get them onto the Belfast flight. In Newcastle, larger-than-life local radio presenter Neil Caven wins a trip to Prague, but needs tranquillisers before he can board the plane.
