The Mighty Hercules is a low-budget animated series based loosely on the Greek mythological character of Heracles, under his Roman Mythology name, Hercules. It was created in 1962 and then debuted on TV in 1963 and ran until 1966 coinciding with the sword and sandal genre of films popular at the time. Each standalone episode runs approximately 5 minutes with opening and closing credits, and in syndication several such episodes are compiled to fill 30-minute timeslots.

The Mighty Hercules Season 1 Full Episode Guide
Wilamene gives Helena a potion that Helena thinks is a love potion. After Helena tricks Hercules into drinking the potion, he goes into an eternal sleep, and only takes orders from Wilamene
Daedalus sends the Minotaur to capture the "Royal Seal of Calydon". Hercules and Newton have to navigate an endless maze filled with traps to retrieve the seal.
Daedalus appears with a magic rod that can make any object weightless. As Hercules tries to take the rod away Daedalus makes him weightless and he flies up into the air. All is lost, until Newton saves the day.
After Daedalus kidnaps King Dorian he blackmails Hercules into brining him the powerful magnetic stone. Hercules sets out to retrieve the stone, and returns it to Daedalus, but there is a trick involved.
Hercules must save Helena from Daedalus, who has the ability to control the weather.
After The Mask steals the royal scepter of Calydon, Hercules is called up to save the day.
When Newton promises to protect Helena Daedalus threatens the duo. Meanwhile Hercules lurks behind the scenes and secretly provides protection for his friends.
After Hercules brings grain to the starving farmers, Daedalus convinces a flock of evil birdmen to steal the grain.
Daedalus uses "Scepter of Medusa" to turn people into stone. After he turns Helena into stone and returns to his island, Hercules must find a way to save the day.
Mertus steals the silver arrows and plans to use the arrows to break the chain that holds a vicious wild boar creature. Hercules, Helena and Newtons set out to find Mertus and retrieve the magic arrows.
The farmers have a famine and Hercules tries to deliver special seeds that will bear fruit, however Daedalus tries to steal the seeds.
Helena tricks Hercules into rescuing her, just so that she can be close to Hercules. However when she is in real trouble Hercules thinks she is "crying wolf".
King Zeus sends Hercules to guard the Olympic torch from the evil Daedalus.
After Daedalus pours a potion over Hercules he is powerless as his arms are stuck by his side. It is up to Newton and Tewt to lead Hercules to the source of the potion, the "Lexus Lagoon", where the anti-dote can be found.
"The Mask" captures Helena and tries to force her to tell him the location of the royal goblet. But Newton and Hercules trick him and manage to remove his mask making him vulnerable.
An evil-doer perfects his new weapon, "The Mask of Vulcan." which makes him invulnerable to all threats. However Hercules, assisted by Newton and Toot, trick the Mask into losing his helmet and becoming vulnerable.
After Hercules builds a reservoir for the settlers, Daedalus poisons the reservoir with mud from the Stygian Swamp.
Wilamene, possessing the "Sun Diamond of Helios", is able to capture the sun and then use it to destroy things with her eyes. Hercules is sent to earth to battle Wilamene and save a strategic lighthouse.
After Daedalus gets a hold of the "Thunderbolt Disc" he wreaks havoc on earth. Hercules is sent to stop the evil wizard and return the disc to its rightful owner.
When Dorian is sick, Hercules is summoned to locate a special bush that bears a fruit that will cure him. However, Daedalus stands in the way.
After Daedalus eats fruit from the valley of the giants, he turns into a giant himself. As he menaces the kingdom, Hercules is called upon to battle the evil wizard, but he loses his magic ring and loses his strength. However, just in time, Newton finds the ring.
Daedalus is using a flock of birds to steal Calydon's treasures. Hercules is called upon to battle the bird hoard.
Daedalus invents an invisibility potion and threatens the kingdom. Hercules and Newton battle Daedalus but to no avail. Finally they mix their own potion so that they can defeat the wizard.
Wilamene kidnaps Pegasus and King Zeus asks Hercules to return the missing winged horse. Hercules manages to tame the wild horse and then he captures Wilamene.
Daedalus develops a strength potion. Hercules is sent to battle the evil wizard and remove his great strength.
Daedalus tricks Hercules to sit in "The Chair of Forgetfulness." After wards Hercules becomes the slave of Daedalus until Helena and Newton save the day.
Daedalus takes a herb that makes him a double of Hercules. As Hercules and Daedalus battle Newton loses track of which is the real Hercules, until Herc tips him off.
A bully steals Hercules' magic ring but he is forced to return the ring when Hercules is needed to save the village.
After the Hydra, a many headed creature attacks the villages, Hercules is called upon to wield a special sword to battle the Hydra. However, after the sword is damaged, Hercules must find another way to defeat the Hydra.
Hercules comes to earth to battle the evil Daedalus who has banished Prince Dorian and taken over the kingdom.
In the first episode of this series we see how Hercules came to earth. Since he wins a sporting competition against his friend Theseus, Zeus rewards Hercules by granting his wish to go to earth and fight evil and injustice. Since Hercules would lose his powers on earth, Zeus gives Hercules a "magic ring" which grants him godly strength while on earth.
